It's a lightweight gel cream! It has granules that give a bursting, moisturizing sensation, and I like that I don't feel my face is oily the next morning when I use it for night care. Rather than disappointing, it's just an ordinary gel cream. I wrote about 7 pages and settled in. It's good for the chubby type. My hands or something else have to be used to scoop it, so it feels a bit unpleasant. It feels light and refreshes the skin. It's comfortable to apply. It's too sticky. When applied before bed, it's uncomfortable as my face sticks to the pillow. As I'm sensitive to scents, I find the fragrance quite strong. It's a cream formula with lots of hydration and tiny particles. This would likely be effective for those with dry skin or during winter months. Unfortunately, I developed blemishes by the third use. It's such a shame it doesn't seem to suit my skin. While creams are essential for winter skincare, I'll have to look for a different product.

The Water Bank line is fantastic. The essence here is also quite good. The gel cream is a great product for combination skin types. The capsules are fascinating too! I'm particularly impressed because usually when I feel nourishment in a moisturizer, my face immediately breaks out in tiny bumps. But this product provides hydration and effectively combats dryness. The balance is spot-on, and there's no eye irritation either. Personally, I really wish it came in a tube format, like the sample that comes with it. It would be so much better if they made it in a tube. The case is very pretty, but still... I've been using this for about 5-6 bottles over a year and a half now. My skin is prone to dead skin cells and blemishes, but among the three types of Water Bank moisturizers, this one suits me best (I have combination-oily skin that's prone to breakouts). What I love most is that it effectively controls dead skin cells, prevents blemishes, and is just an all-around reliable product. For my oily (or maybe combination dehydrated?) skin that needs blotting paper or powder about 3 times a day, it feels slightly dry for winter use. This moisturizer works best for me, so I'm managing the dryness by layering it with an emulsion.
