  It's moisturizing and being a cushion foundation, it has great coverage. Definitely a holy grail product!

  Pros

  My skin used to be dry, itchy, and flaky, with dead skin cells always peeling off. But after using this product, I haven't experienced any flaking at all! It's incredibly hydrating and has a lovely scent. It's a cream-type compact with so much moisture that it forms droplets. It doesn't leave an oily residue or shine, but instead gives a matte finish that's deeply hydrating on the inside and fresh on the outside. My friend tried it and immediately bought one for herself!

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about with this product! Even though it doesn't come in different shades, it matched my complexion perfectly! (I have fair skin)

  Pros

  As someone with a warm skin tone, I loved how moisturizing this felt when applied. It spreads evenly without clumping.

  Cons

  In less than two hours, it wore off as if I'd just applied regular foundation. My face became patchy, and even after three hours, it was still transferring onto my hands... I'm planning to set this aside and buy something else.

  The application is so pleasant that I don't have any real complaints. Just be aware that if you press too hard, the product can sink in, so use it gently.

  Product photos: Right after application / About 5 hours later I was excited to receive this as my first product from The Hwahae Testers! After using Banila Co's White Cushion for a long time, I finally tried a new base product, and it exceeded my expectations. These days, I'm only using this compact. Application: It applies smoothly and feels hydrating, even without any special technique. It's easy to use and the color (shade 21-22) should suit most people. It makes your skin look great! The staying power is pretty good too. Blemishes: Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any breakouts! The ingredients must truly be gentle. Texture: It has a soft feel that adheres well when you pat it with the puff. Be careful not to press too hard, as it might crumble. Gentle patting works best! Puff: The puff is surprisingly soft and pleasant. It's a good size and pairs perfectly with the compact. Scent: I prefer unscented products over typical cosmetic fragrances, and this one has a subtle, non-offensive scent that I like.

  Cons

  While I don't have many complaints, if I had to mention one thing, it would be the case. It's not quite my style. I prefer magnetic cases like the White Cushion, so the plastic open/close mechanism is slightly inconvenient. But it's still usable!

  Tip

  I apply Banila Co powder after this compact. At first, it has a semi-matte finish, but gradually develops a beautiful, natural glow. Highly recommended!

  Pros

  As the name 'Essence Pact' suggests, it's incredibly hydrating, which is perfect for my dry skin! Compared to cushion foundations, it's easier to control the amount, and the puff is soft yet firm, providing excellent adherence to the skin.

  Cons

  My skin tends to be quite yellow and on the darker side, so even shade 23 is light for me. Because of this, I noticed that it seemed to emphasize the darkening effect when applied, which was quite disappointing.

  Tip

  I found that applying a darker foundation as a base, then using this Essence Pact to highlight areas that need brightening like under the eyes, nose bridge, and chin works wonderfully as a finishing touch!

  I really liked that the inside wasn't a sponge type. I'm not great at controlling the amount, so when I use sponges, it tends to get messy around the edges. When I used it, I was amazed to see moisture appear where I dabbed it! That's probably why it felt so hydrating when I applied it. I've attached a photo to show how it might help, even with my troubled skin. The 'before' picture shows my dirty skin after work, without washing. The 'after' picture is right above it, showing how it looks applied. My skin has improved since then, but at that time, I wasn't sleeping well and my skin was at its worst. I took the photo when my skin was really bad to show how well it covers. Because of the high image quality, it might look a bit cakey in the photo, but in reality, it wasn't noticeable and felt really moisturizing. If it looks this good at my worst, it's amazing when applied after proper cleansing and skincare. I don't like products that feel heavy on my skin, but this applies thinly and evenly, which I love. It suits my fair complexion well.

  Cons

  While I like the exterior color, the plastic feels a bit cheap. It's not terrible, but the design could be better. The scent is like shampoo. It's quite strong and not really my style.

  Tip

  I've been tossing the puff after one use. I've realized that good sleep is crucial for better skin. My complexion has improved so much since I started sleeping well!
