It spreads evenly without clumping.
ConsIn less than two hours, it wore off as if I'd just applied regular foundation. My face became patchy, and even after three hours, it was still transferring onto my hands... I'm planning to set this aside and buy something else.

It's perfect for people who've had dermatological treatments or have sensitive skin. The ceramide ingredient is known to effectively fill in gaps in the skin barrier. I can confidently use makeup even though I frequently visit the dermatologist. It's fragrance-free, so I used it without any aversion. Surprisingly, it's more hydrating than my usual cushion foundation, despite looking matte on the outside. Even those with sensitive skin can use it without hesitation (I used it well after a PicoFraccel treatment). It provides hydration for deep dryness and offers medium coverage.
ConsIt does transfer a bit when wearing a mask or onto clothes. However, it's not excessive - just about as much as you'd expect from a BB cream. Apart from that, everything else is great - the ingredients, the hydration.

It lived up to its claims of adhering well to the skin and creating a natural look, helping me achieve light and effortless makeup. With SPF50+, PA++++, I skipped sunscreen and used this daily after my skincare routine. I prefer light makeup with cushions over foundation, so I was really satisfied with this product. Even compared to high-end cushions, it didn't feel inferior or cause any blemishes.
Cons- The product comes disassembled, requiring a bit of effort to put together. - It only comes in shade 21, which might appear slightly dark for those with fairer complexions. - While it was fine initially, it tended to transfer onto my mask after prolonged wear.
TipA major advantage is being able to skip sunscreen and achieve skin coverage on busy mornings. The coverage might be lacking for spots or larger blemishes, so using it alongside a concealer could be a good idea.

It's fantastic that it doesn't float on the skin! ✔️Application: While it wasn't extremely hydrating, it doesn't seem to focus on giving a glow either! It has more of a semi-matte finish! If you love a dewy look, you might want to pay attention to your skincare base or finish with a mist! I really appreciated how it created a thin, natural-looking skin texture! I personally preferred it because it wasn't thick or heavily pigmented! ✔️Staying power: The longevity is top-notch! It lasted from morning till night without budging! I didn't even need to touch up once! While the season might play a role, I was very satisfied with its performance!
ConsIt was a bit disappointing that it transferred onto my mask and phone.

I was already using an essence pact from another brand, so I thought this would feel similar. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its matte finish rather than a moisturizing one. I loved that even when my skin got oily in the afternoon, there was no darkening. The pore coverage is not bad either. After using it again this winter, I'm updating my review! Initially, it emphasized dead skin cells, so I didn't use it for a while. But when I tried it again, making sure to apply a hydrating base first, it went on smoothly without drying or flaking. Even when I apply it quickly before work, my skin looks amazing! Everyone around me says my skin has improved, and I can see that it stays radiant all day without darkening. Highly recommended as a winter pact! It's become my holy grail product!
ConsIt's very drying. It feels fine when first applied, but over time you can feel the deep dryness. When you try to touch up, it emphasizes dead skin cells. It transfers a lot when I wear a mask at work. Moisturizing essence pacts tend to come off easily, but this cushion, despite being matte, rubs off easily when touched. Also, the fragrance is quite strong. It doesn't apply well if you rub it in, and if you apply a lot of skincare underneath, it can clump up in areas with larger pores or more oil. I'm not sure about its coverage. I'm using it well again, but the oiliness is unavoidable. If you have oily skin like me, you can blot the excess oil with a tissue and touch up lightly with powder. However, it can completely rub off when wearing a mask, and because it's so moisturizing, it tends to attract hair and dust. A light dusting of powder might help.
TipApply it by gently patting and rubbing slightly. It's good to use powder on the hairline!

As someone who struggles with makeup separating even after thorough skincare, this worked wonders for me. It stayed put all day without lifting, even after touch-ups - it truly adheres to the skin! I also appreciated the wide cushion puff that fits comfortably on my fingers. Despite being a light shade, it suited my skin tone well, which is rare for me due to my severe redness. Usually, the lightest cushions or foundations don't match me, but this one did perfectly. Unlike other products that can cause blemishes on my sensitive skin, this didn't trigger any reactions at all. I highly recommend this moisturizing cushion!
ConsWhile the hydrating nature is a key feature of this cushion, it's also its downfall. The transfer seems quite excessive... It leaves quite a bit of product on my mask.

While the Mamonde product tried to combine foundation, concealer, and primer functions, resulting in a thick, mask-like application, this product applies incredibly thinly. Without a primer, some cushions can look like you've stamped an orange on your face, but this one adheres well, creating a natural look that feels like it's melting into your skin! ● Texture They say it contains essence ingredients, and while it looks solid, it's actually very soft and hydrating. I accidentally pressed too hard and it just sank in... It doesn't seem to transfer much to the puff, but it applies well. ● Real-use review I have combination dehydrated skin that tends to get oily. Usually by afternoon, my face looks like it has a spotlight on it, not just shiny but glowing. With this product, it does get quite glowy by afternoon, so touch-ups are necessary. Using it with powder helps it last longer and transfer less to masks. It doesn't have much coverage, so I use it with concealer. When I use matte products, excess oil can mix with the makeup, causing it to separate and pill - a total disaster. But with this, even in the afternoon, there was no pilling. It's great for daily use. It's even better since you can skip the primer in your makeup bag!
Cons● Transfer Maybe because it contains a lot of essence, it transfers easily and comes off quickly. I accidentally touched my face and left a mark... had to touch up. ● Coverage It has almost no coverage, so concealer is a must. ● Oil control If you have oily skin, powder is essential...

Texture: When touching the balm, you can feel the moisture and a cool sensation, which is also noticeable when applying it to the skin. While I expected a glowy finish based on swatching on the back of my hand, it actually sets to a semi-matte finish on the face. In my opinion, focusing on proper skincare is key to achieving a beautiful, non-cakey, and smooth skin appearance with this product. Scent: I liked that it has a fragrance! However, this could be a potential drawback for those sensitive to scents. Coverage: It offers good coverage, enough to conceal redness effectively. You can build it up for additional coverage if needed. Longevity: This might be a matter of personal preference, but I prefer products that fade rather than smudge, and this one tends to fade, which I appreciate.
ConsDenting and dust attraction: Due to its texture, some denting and dust attraction are unavoidable. However, compared to other products, while it transfers to hands, it doesn't significantly dent on the face. Shade range: I have light skin and typically use shade 17. I had my mother, who uses shade 23, test it, and it matched her well. It would be great if this product came in a wider range of shades. (I've attached comparison photos with other brands' shade 21 products) Pore coverage: The pore coverage is lacking. Even when applied with pressure, it doesn't fill in pores well, so I probably won't reach for it often for this purpose. Price: Although I received this product as part of the Hwahae Testers program, as a consumer, I wouldn't purchase it at its regular price.
TipBeauty products can work differently for everyone due to various factors, so I strongly recommend testing products whenever possible before committing to a purchase!

It provides natural skin correction and brightening based on your complexion, making it ideal for makeup beginners or those unsure of their shade. - Hydrating: As someone who typically only uses matte products, I was really satisfied with how moisturizing this is without being sticky or clumping. One reason I avoid hydrating products is because I dislike greasy shine, but this product gives a beautiful, subtle glow that I love.
Cons- Some transfer: Given that it's a hydrating product, you should expect some transfer.

Overall: A sun compact that effectively covers pores and redness Moisturizing feel with a dewy finish, but can leave imprints ✅Packaging Initially, I got excited seeing two items in the box, thinking it might be the main product and a refill. But it's just one refill and one case. ✅Texture Despite being a balm-type product, it applies incredibly thinly. It feels like applying a sheer foundation-free sunscreen! Tip: Since it's a balm, pressing too hard can leave dents! I recommend gently melting it by rubbing, then applying. I accidentally left an imprint using it like a cushion compact. ✅Color The color is so natural it would suit any skin tone. Initially, I worried it might be too light for me, but it actually evened out my complexion nicely. ✅Coverage It conceals light redness and visible blood vessels well. However, it doesn't cover dark spots or freckles. ✅Scent At first, it had a typical cosmetic scent, reminiscent of my mother's makeup. I didn't mind it, but others around me found it unpleasant. ✅Pore-filling Applying with a puff and blending well fills in pores, making skin look smoother. It might settle slightly into pores as it wears, but rather than looking unflattering, it mixes with your skin's natural oils for a dewy effect. ✅Compatibility It's easier to list what doesn't work well with this product! Especially on busy mornings, I can just cleanse, apply an all-in-one emulsion, use a primer, and then this compact for great-looking skin!
ConsGiven its moisturizing formula, it naturally leaves imprints. Not recommended for those who wear masks for long work hours! It transfers onto masks and can smudge. I prefer applying it after work!
TipI used it with toner, all-in-one emulsion, and a light primer!! If I had to choose just one between toner, all-in-one emulsion, or primer, I'd go with the emulsion!
