  I used to find it bothersome to apply both sunscreen and foundation, but ever since I started using this compact, it's been so convenient and wonderful! What I love most is how quickly and easily I can swipe it on, and it gives my face a radiant pink glow. It honestly makes me look about 10 years younger!

  Cons

  It's really disappointing that they don't sell refills... The product wears down faster than I expected with each use, so I'd love to buy a refill. Having to purchase the entire product again makes me hesitant about repurchasing.

  • Hydration / Natural Dewy Glow Having only used liquid foundations and cushions before, this solid formula was a first for me, making it quite intriguing! I was worried it might be stiff, being solid and all, but it applied smoothly and thinly with great hydration! Even though my usual foundation is on the moisturizing side, this one had an even more beautiful, alive dewy glow. I tried to capture it in a hand swatch photo, but it doesn't do justice to what you see in person >.< • Coverage / Longevity Despite its thin and hydrating application, one or two layers are enough for good blemish coverage! While it might struggle with larger spots, it definitely covers things like freckles on the cheekbones. I applied it before work and came home after dinner around 10 PM, so it lasted over 12 hours without touch-ups or oil blotting (I just lightly patted visible areas with my hands once). It didn't break down messily, just seemed to fade a bit. I'd say that's pretty good longevity! A light dusting of powder would probably make it even better! When I tested it on the back of my hand by spritzing water and waiting, the water droplets stayed clear instead of turning milky. It seems like it could be water-resistant for light rain, though maybe not for full immersion. You don't need to apply sunscreen separately, and you won't get white patches around sweat-prone areas like the forehead and mouth in summer, so I'll probably just use this in spring and summer : ) • After two weeks of use, it cleansed off well and didn't cause any blemishes or skin issues!

  • I saw many reviews mentioning how difficult it was to combine the main component with the refill, but I found it super easy. Just push until you hear a 'click' and they're combined, right? Haha. There was some dust on the product box though... ^^ That was a bit disappointing.

  It's so hydrating! The coverage and staying power are great without being drying. I love that the color doesn't apply too white, and it blends well with the glowy texture. It's great that they've put effort into the sun protection aspect!

  When I first used it, the fragrance immediately caught my attention. Every time I patted with the puff, the scent spread wonderfully. The puff itself felt somewhat luxurious when touched separately, and it applied the product smoothly and evenly on my face. It gave a subtle glow, which made me worry about looking oily, but it reminded me of Etude House products. Those are great for hydration but can sometimes feel a bit greasy... This product felt like it removed that excess oiliness. When blending, it forms a slight dewy essence-like finish, which I found similar. It struck the perfect balance - a nice glow without being too oily. The color blended seamlessly without floating on the skin. While it didn't completely cover my redness (I have very red skin), the coverage was satisfying. It also didn't settle into smile lines like some matte products do. It seems to walk the tightrope perfectly between being hydrating without being greasy, and looking natural. It met these needs and as a bonus, my face felt comfortable all day long.

Right after application, it might look a bit off or brighter than your skin tone, but give it some time and it harmonizes perfectly with your complexion. Hygiene: Being a solid type like a pot concealer, it's more hygienic to use compared to regular cushions with sponges! I really appreciate that you can clean any dirty parts with a wet wipe.   💟Skin Expression As someone who normally uses shade 21, (my original skin tone is 19 when I got my personal color analysis done) I was worried it might get a bit darker, but it didn't get darker at all and I'm using it well!! In the winter when my skin gets dry, I really value moisture, but I didn't feel any dryness~~ I think this is a foundation that not only provides moisture but also hydration! I've heard that this company places importance on ceramide ingredients! It's great for those with dry skin~ It gives a dewy glow, not an oily one (it's not matte). 💟Texture It's a cream-type formula that doesn't get absorbed into the sponge! Those who have tried Age2ways will know what I mean. Personally, I like the cream-type because the amount is generous~ 💟Fragrance It has a vanilla-like scent~~ 💟Packaging The wine-colored case looks quite luxurious haha

However, it wasn't too dark, making it perfect for a truly natural makeup look when I want to skip sunscreen. The balm-like texture allows for easy application - just glide it on and gently pat. It creates a luminous finish while spreading thinly, leaving the skin feeling light. Plus, it doesn't settle into fine lines at all! About 7 hours after application, I noticed some oil coming through, giving a slightly dewy look, and there was minimal darkening. However, there was no caking around the nose area, and I didn't really notice any makeup breakdown. While touch-ups weren't necessary, when I did apply more makeup over it, the oily sheen diminished, though it felt a bit heavier on the skin.
