ConsWhen my skin gets tired, it tends to turn a bit ashy, which is disappointing. You need to be thorough with your base makeup

When applied to the face, there was a slight appearance of dead skin cells, but not noticeably so, and it looked natural. It doesn't cover pores, allowing for a natural look. I thought shade 21 would be dark, but it was brighter than expected. Even after 2 hours and a workout session, it held up well. I was just thinking about repurchasing because I liked it so much.
ConsHowever, after 2 hours, when I tried to remove it, it formed wart-like bumps on my face. I'm glad I washed it off after only 2 hours. I don't think I can use it, so I gave it to my mom, but I'm not sure if she'll just throw it away. Two of my friends simultaneously mentioned that it looked like I had developed wart-like bumps that weren't there before. There might be an ingredient that doesn't agree with my skin specifically. Despite the good reviews, please research carefully before using. Also, it's difficult to insert the refill into the case. You need to apply force when inserting it, but be careful not to break it.

ConsWhile it's nicely hydrating, I was a bit disappointed that it left imprints when touched.
TipI found it easier to control the amount using disposable sponges rather than the built-in puff.

The shade seems perfect for those with skin tones between 22 and 23. It doesn't break down much, and when applied thinly, it looks natural and like your own skin.
ConsDue to the product's nature, it's not a cushion matte mesh material, so it's inevitable that some dust gets in... Make sure to wash the puff thoroughly before use.

Due to puff issues, I used a different puff - the Too Cool for School Fixing Nude puff. The shade is around 22-23, giving a calm and clean look. Being a BB cake, it has a slight grayish tint which worked well for my redness-prone skin. Considering its thin texture, it covers redness well and looks natural. When applied to textured areas, it covers well without feeling thick or heavy. The flexible formula blends easily when patted after initial application. As a moisturizing compact, it's suitable for dry or combination dehydrated skin types, especially during drier seasons.
ConsThe scent is too strong! It's like an artificial floral smell mixed with an unidentifiable ingredient odor. Personally, I think it would be better without any fragrance. There's also some darkening of the product. Without a primer, it tends to get oily, so those with oily skin might want to avoid it. When I checked the puff, I noticed some strange bluish-green color on the edge, which made me uncomfortable. So I used my own puff and couldn't evaluate the included one. Just by touch, the original puff felt soft and squishy. The case was also disappointing. It's not easy to attach the refill, and personally, I found the design lacking in elegance. While the product itself isn't bad, I think it would be better if they removed the fragrance and changed the puff and case colors to something cleaner and brighter.

ConsI wish it came in a lighter shade. It's almost too natural-looking and barely noticeable.

I was worried it might be stiff, being solid and all, but it applied smoothly and thinly with great hydration! Even though my usual foundation is on the moisturizing side, this one had an even more beautiful, alive dewy glow. I tried to capture it in a hand swatch photo, but it doesn't do justice to what you see in person >.< • Coverage / Longevity Despite its thin and hydrating application, one or two layers are enough for good blemish coverage! While it might struggle with larger spots, it definitely covers things like freckles on the cheekbones. I applied it before work and came home after dinner around 10 PM, so it lasted over 12 hours without touch-ups or oil blotting (I just lightly patted visible areas with my hands once). It didn't break down messily, just seemed to fade a bit. I'd say that's pretty good longevity! A light dusting of powder would probably make it even better! When I tested it on the back of my hand by spritzing water and waiting, the water droplets stayed clear instead of turning milky. It seems like it could be water-resistant for light rain, though maybe not for full immersion. You don't need to apply sunscreen separately, and you won't get white patches around sweat-prone areas like the forehead and mouth in summer, so I'll probably just use this in spring and summer : ) • After two weeks of use, it cleansed off well and didn't cause any blemishes or skin issues!
Cons• I saw many reviews mentioning how difficult it was to combine the main component with the refill, but I found it super easy. Just push until you hear a 'click' and they're combined, right? Haha. There was some dust on the product box though... ^^ That was a bit disappointing.
Tip• It's not completely transfer-proof, so it might be good to set it with some powder and use a makeup fixer spray together!

There are so many things I love about it. One of the main points is that unlike other compacts or foundations that often leave a yellowish tint on my face, the Lab Cera compact gives me a naturally radiant look that I absolutely adore. I used to stick to semi-matte or matte compacts, enduring blemishes as a trade-off. But this one is so moisturizing - oh, it doesn't feel tight on my skin at all! I'm truly satisfied! As you can see in the photo, it's already quite used and a bit messy... that's how much I've been loving it! I've tried quite a few compacts with similar formulations, but they often had issues with pilling or caking, especially if I didn't maintain the puff meticulously. With Lab Cera, I don't have any of those problems, which is fantastic!
ConsFrom the moment I unboxed it, I couldn't help but notice how similar the packaging is to E*poir. It might not be a bad idea for Lab Cera to develop their own unique packaging. Everyone around me keeps asking if I'm using Espoir when I touch up my makeup. I realized I wasn't the only one who felt this way... It's a bit disappointing.
TipI found that gently spreading and pressing the product into the skin works better for absorption than patting it in!

I think it's totally suitable for combination dehydrated or dry skin types! ✓ My skin is super sensitive, but I didn't experience any blemishes after applying this. ✓ I'm very satisfied with how well it covers skin texture and redness. Since it absorbs moistly, you don't have to worry about your makeup looking cakey. ✓ Unlike typical cushion compacts that you dab with a sponge, this is a powder compact. When you gently rub it on, you can visibly see and feel the moisturizing essence components. ✓ This is really important - while it absorbs moistly, it doesn't make your skin look oily after application. ✓ It also provides good sun protection, so you can conveniently use this alone without needing to apply multiple products. This review was written after two weeks of use as part of The Hwahae Testers.
ConsMy complexion isn't particularly dark, so I didn't notice a brightening effect.
TipThis product is perfect for when you want sun protection and coverage with a moisturizing feel, all in one go.

Unlike typical sponge cushions, this is a compact-style cushion with solid foundation. When applied to the skin, it feels incredibly moisturizing and gives a semi-matte finish! It's perfect for touch-ups. Plus, the color isn't too light and looks very natural! The weight isn't too heavy, and the thickness is just right, so it fits perfectly in a mini bag.
ConsThe coverage is slightly lacking, so it's a bit disappointing to use this alone for base makeup. That's why I usually finish with my regular cushion lightly in the morning, and then touch up in the afternoon when I feel like my makeup has worn off a bit.
