Instead, it naturally evens your skin tone to match your complexion. It's not greasy at all, making it perfect for daily use!
ConsIf you have dry skin, you might feel a bit of deep dryness after some time. It's best to apply a hydrating moisturizer underneath for extra hydration.
TipI love mixing this with an equal part of an organic sunscreen with hydrating properties. This combination keeps my skin from feeling dry all day long and maintains just the right amount of richness.

A bouncy, middle-ground CC cream with tone-up effects! Products I've tried: Tested all Olive Young options, long-term use with Numbuzin. 1. Texture Initially feels like a moisturizing mineral sunscreen with tiny beads (similar to Cue&Co). As you blend, it transforms into a beige tint, offering slight coverage and evening out skin tone! In my opinion, it's one of the smoothest and bounciest tone-up creams on the market. 3. Oil-moisture balance, stickiness, etc. I've tested all the tone-up sunscreens available at Olive Young, and this one had the best texture for me. Some were too oily, others too dry, and some were so watery that the tone-up effect was minimal. For my combination-dry skin, this felt like the perfect middle ground among what's available. At first, it seemed more slippery than Numbuzin, but that sensation fades quickly. Compared to Numbuzin, it feels bouncier with less oil. While I used Numbuzin in winter, this one should work well through early summer! 4. Pilling, sliding Some tone-up products tend to settle into pores as oil production increases throughout the day, but I haven't experienced that with this one! It might bunch up slightly if you rub it after applying powder, but that's a common issue with most base products. 5. Brightening effect While I didn't notice much difference, my family members said this made me look more naturally bright and even provided some coverage! The color seems to blend seamlessly into the skin. 6. Longevity I generally don't have issues with base makeup fading, so it's hard for me to judge. However, it doesn't feel like it's disappearing, so it should hold up well as long as you're not sweating excessively.
ConsThe dispensing amount...? You can cover your whole face with less product than expected, but it feels like it comes out too forcefully. Other than that, I didn't find anything particularly bothersome.
TipRather than dispensing all at once, it's better to press twice gently. Instead of fully pressing down, try a light touch to dispense a small amount and distribute it across your face for easier control of the quantity!

When first applying, I was surprised to find capsules in a sunscreen, but they weren't noticeable as particles. As the capsules burst, they naturally brightened my complexion. Using it on my light skin (shade 21), it gave a natural brightening effect, about half a shade lighter than my skin tone. My younger brother tried it too, and while it appeared a bit brighter on his darker skin (especially when he used more), it wasn't excessive. I think it could be a great alternative to foundation or cushion for men as well. Unlike most sunscreens that come in tubes, this product has a pump dispenser, making it hygienic and convenient to use. It's definitely a product I find myself reaching for often.
ConsHowever, as this product is designed for a foundation-free look, it's best used on its own rather than as a base for makeup. When I applied makeup over it, I noticed some slight pilling of the base.

After fully applying, the finish is smooth with a slight glow, somewhere between semi-matte and semi-glow. For me, it was more on the semi-glow side! 🍊 Application method: Initially, I applied it by rolling with my hands. For about a week after, I used a puff. Definitely, rolling with hands provides better adherence. When using a puff, both the adherence and tone correction noticeably decrease.
ConsUse with caution if you have oily skin. Not recommended for those who primarily use makeup tools!

BUT the brightening effect is subtle and absolutely fantastic! The coverage is somewhat light, so using this alone won't hide sudden blemishes... I had to use a correcting concealer as well. Packaging: It's a pump dispenser with a cap, which seems convenient for carrying and hygienic! Above all, I love the cute color and case design. Texture: This product is a sunscreen + CC cream combo meant to be used without foundation. It starts off white, then amazingly transforms to a peach tone as you blend it in. Application: It applies smoothly and evenly brightens the skin, which is great. As mentioned earlier, the brightening effect is subtle and natural ~ It also gives a subtle glow that makes your skin look healthier! Despite the glow, which might make you think it's oily, it's not completely oil-free... but it's at a comfortable level. Coming from Abib, known for their solid skincare products, I had high expectations, and I think it largely lived up to them!
ConsWhile I liked most aspects of it... The coverage is a bit weak, and the staying power on oily skin is slightly lacking, which is disappointing for a product marketed as foundation-free. It would be absolutely perfect for those with really good skin without blemishes or pigmentation issues, as the subtle glow would make their skin look even better!
TipWhen applied to the neck, it doesn't create much of a tone difference with your made-up face, and the brightening effect is just right!

As I'm often rushed in the morning while getting ready for work, I appreciated having fewer makeup steps, which gave me some extra time.
ConsThis is the best CC cream I've used so far, so there's not much I dislike about it. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the coverage. If it could have better coverage, that would be great, but I feel like it already has all the important features. Even without improving the coverage, I'd still buy it as is!

I don't prefer sunscreens that become too greasy over time, as they make my skin look like it's covered in cooking oil. ✨Texture - Spreads smoothly and feels moisturizing - The capsules in the formula burst gently, naturally evening out the skin tone - Feels like applying a hydrating brightening moisturizer ✨Scent - The subtle fragrance is satisfying! ✨Perceived Effects - Usually, mineral sunscreens leave my skin feeling too dry, but this product maintains a nice level of hydration, which I really appreciate - The natural tone-evening effect allows for a foundation-free look! ✨Overall Impression - Perfect for those who find typical mineral sunscreens too drying or leaving a white cast! - Ideal for anyone seeking a natural brightening moisturizer with high SPF - While it might be slightly drying for those with dry skin, it should work well for combination and oily-dehydrated skin types :) - Thanks to this product, I was able to speed up my morning routine!
ConsThere was some pilling, but it disappeared easily with a quick rub, so it wasn't a big issue :)

I was most curious about how natural the tone-up effect would be and its coverage. The naturalness of the tone-up really depends on how much you apply! Unlike some mineral sunscreens, it won't turn you ghostly white with just a small amount. The third photo shows a full pump, which if applied entirely would not only make you look pale but also give an artificial complexion like you've caked on BB cream. I have a slightly fair yellow-based skin tone (Espoir Vanilla or Ivory), and even I felt it made me look too white, creating a noticeable difference with my neck. However, as shown in the fourth photo, if you use about half that amount spread across your face, it looks incredibly natural - just like your bare skin, but better! It blends seamlessly, subtly concealing pores in the T-zone, lightly covering blackheads, and satisfyingly masking mild redness around the nose and cheeks, as well as lip discoloration. Freckles and dark circles remain mostly visible, so you'll definitely need concealer if you want to cover those. It's really ideal for when you're heading to the gym, coming back from a workout, or for those times when you want to look put-together without a full face of makeup. The cream changes from white to beige as you blend it, adapting to your skin tone if applied in the right amount. But be careful - too much can look like a thick layer sitting on top of your skin, so controlling the amount is crucial. The application is very smooth, and I love that there's no artificial fragrance or overwhelming scent - it's practically unscented! However, since it has some oil in its formula and can get a bit dewy later, you might want to set it with powder if that bothers you. It's okay as a makeup base, but if you have a separate primer, that might work better. I have very sensitive eyes, and I'm happy to report no stinging. My skin didn't heat up or break out either, so I've been really enjoying using it lately! That said, I think in summer it might break down under a full face of makeup due to oil, so I'll probably use it only for no-foundation days then. It's so convenient for quick outings - just swipe this on, maybe cover some dark circles with concealer, set with powder, add a light lip color, and you're good to go! If you don't have significant dark circles, you might even skip the concealer. I always use it because my under-eyes are a collaboration of darkness and visible blood vessels - without covering them, I get told I look sick or tired.
ConsSince this sunscreen's final color is beige, it can transfer onto clothes when applied to the neck. It's a bit inconvenient having to apply a separate, transparent sunscreen to the neck area.

Natural brightening moisturizer effect 2. Long-lasting even during outdoor activities 3. Pump container 1- When I first squeezed out the product, I was slightly concerned that the white color might not suit my 22 shade skin. However, it has a color-changing feature that creates a natural, middle-tone brightening effect - not too white or yellow like some BB creams. The application feels smooth, and you can apply it easily like a regular cream. I made sure to apply it carefully around the nose area! 2- I had to spend a whole day outdoors with one cheek exposed to strong sunlight! This is when I really came to trust the product's staying power. As shown in the last review photo, only that area received constant sunlight, but after cleansing in the evening, there were no red marks or tan lines at all! Usually, prolonged outdoor exposure leads to redness, but there was none. I realized then that not only does it even the skin tone, but it also has excellent UV protection capabilities! 3. I've tried various sunscreen containers, but I find the pump container to be the most hygienic and easy to control the amount. You can dispense small amounts with each pump, and the opening isn't too large, so it doesn't dispense too much at once. The texture is neither too runny nor too thick, making it just right for use.
ConsIt took a little time for the product to fully absorb and adhere to the skin. At first, I wondered if it was going to sit on top of my skin, but I realized it was just the time needed for the color to change and absorb (this might be because I was used to a more liquid product before). While the staying power wasn't bad, there was slight pilling around the nose area, so it might be good to check and touch up this part occasionally. I have combination dehydrated skin, so my cheeks are dry while my nose gets oily throughout the day, which might have exaggerated this effect. Other than that, I didn't find any disappointing aspects while using this product.
TipI found that applying moisturizer before the sunscreen made it adhere better to the skin! When applying around the nose area, try using a rolling motion for a smoother application without pilling. This seems to be the most crucial tip. If you want more coverage, using a concealer would be a good idea!

I had the wonderful opportunity to try out ABIB's Glutathione CC Sunscreen. The best part was how it tackled sun protection and brightening in one go, while giving a natural-looking complexion. It's fascinating - unlike regular mineral sunscreens that can leave a white cast, this one changes color as you apply it, resulting in a much more natural brightening effect than typical brightening moisturizers. It's so convenient not having to apply sunscreen and foundation separately. The staying power was impressive too. As someone with dry skin, I didn't find it drying at all.
ConsHowever, it doesn't provide as much coverage as a foundation would. Blemishes are still visible, and it mainly evens out the skin tone. But I must say, it does this much more naturally than other sunscreens.
