Why I chose it:
I have extremely oily skin. When I'm at home all day, if I apply serum or serum+cream, my face starts getting shiny after 2 hours and my complexion looks dull... If I leave it like that, I always end up with blemishes by evening. So I decided to try this brightening moisturizer with SPF since I need sunscreen anyway!

Why I hesitated:
On every site, reviews mentioned it being rich, and recommended it more for combination dehydrated skin or dry skin rather than oily skin. This made me really think twice.

But I figured since my skin feels a bit tight if I don't apply anything, I'd manage the oil with powder. (Even with foundation, oil builds up eventually!)

My experience:
I tried the sample first (thanks for including it, that's great!) and when I applied it on the back of my hand, it felt so rich I thought "Oh no, I've made a mistake!" But! When I actually put it on my face, it set nicely, the tone-up effect was natural (I'm shade 17), and I liked it! Honestly, it looked just as good as my current foundation, which I really appreciated. (It's similar to a thin layer of foundation, though foundation obviously has better coverage)

However, as time passed, it didn't wear beautifully. This is something I'll need to work on as I continue using the product, but I was disappointed with its staying power... When I got flushed from the air conditioning, it seemed to melt off due to the heat.

Overall verdict:
For all skin types except oily - don't hesitate, just buy it!!!!
If you have oily skin, give it some thought!! It might be okay in winter, but summer...

I love mixing this with an equal part of an organic sunscreen with hydrating properties. This combination keeps my skin from feeling dry all day long and maintains just the right amount of richness.

If you have dry skin, you might feel a bit of deep dryness after some time. It's best to apply a hydrating moisturizer underneath for extra hydration.

Unlike typical brightening moisturizers, this one doesn't leave a white cast. Instead, it naturally evens your skin tone to match your complexion. It's not greasy at all, making it perfect for daily use!

I'm still not quite sure yet, but I think I'll understand better if I try it more. It seems like I made a good purchase.

My skin type is oily (I've never seen anyone with oiler skin than me ㅠ), and acne-prone. Normally, I mix a color-correcting BB cream with a mineral sunscreen, but sometimes I'm too lazy (ㅎ) to do that, so I've been looking for a tinted sunscreen. I found one with good ingredients and decided to try it. The color looks natural, and even though I haven't spent a long time outside with it, I was in a cafe for an hour and then walked in the rain for another hour, and it didn't break down much and still looked nice.

As a member of The Hwahae Testers, I had the opportunity to try Abib's new product, the Glutathione CC Sunscreen Toning Tube. I've always been a fan of this brand, so I was really excited about this chance. From their gummy sheet masks to their resurrection plant cream, Abib's products have consistently worked well for me, so my expectations were high for this one.

True to Abib's style, the packaging is matte and minimalist. When I pumped out a bit onto my hand, I noticed it had a white base with tiny brown specks - a visual that might be a bit unsettling for those with trypophobia. However, once you blend it in, it transforms into a natural beige color. The application was smooth and hydrating, and even with my sensitive, dry skin, it didn't cause any irritation or feel heavy. The best part is that it evens out my complexion so well that for quick errands, I can just apply this and some lip color and be good to go. It also plays well with other base products, with no pilling or cracking, which is a huge plus.

I didn't have any particular complaints, but I was initially concerned about the tube packaging getting messy around the opening. However, as I used it, I found that due to the formula's consistency, it doesn't get very messy at all, which is great!

Honest review after use:
I used to try BB creams, CC creams, and even DD creams when they were trendy, but I had forgotten about them until I recently tried this CC cream again. As the name suggests, the Abib CC Sun Cream Toning Tube effectively fulfills two roles.

I don't usually wear makeup and often just apply sunscreen, but when I want a bit more coverage, layering this CC sun cream gives my skin a nice boost of vitality.

I was worried it might feel sticky since I don't like that suffocating feeling on my skin, but this product lets my skin breathe even when applied alone.

Best of all, it doesn't transfer onto clothes when applied to the neck, so I can wear it confidently even with white clothing!

Rather than dispensing all at once, it's better to press twice gently. Instead of fully pressing down, try a light touch to dispense a small amount and distribute it across your face for easier control of the quantity!

The dispensing amount...? You can cover your whole face with less product than expected, but it feels like it comes out too forcefully.
Other than that, I didn't find anything particularly bothersome.

Products I've tried: Tested all Olive Young options, long-term use with Numbuzin.

1. Texture
Initially feels like a moisturizing mineral sunscreen with tiny beads (similar to Cue&Co). As you blend, it transforms into a beige tint, offering slight coverage and evening out skin tone! In my opinion, it's one of the smoothest and bounciest tone-up creams on the market.

3. Oil-moisture balance, stickiness, etc.
I've tested all the tone-up sunscreens available at Olive Young, and this one had the best texture for me. Some were too oily, others too dry, and some were so watery that the tone-up effect was minimal. For my combination-dry skin, this felt like the perfect middle ground among what's available.
At first, it seemed more slippery than Numbuzin, but that sensation fades quickly. Compared to Numbuzin, it feels bouncier with less oil. While I used Numbuzin in winter, this one should work well through early summer!

4. Pilling, sliding
Some tone-up products tend to settle into pores as oil production increases throughout the day, but I haven't experienced that with this one! It might bunch up slightly if you rub it after applying powder, but that's a common issue with most base products.

5. Brightening effect
While I didn't notice much difference, my family members said this made me look more naturally bright and even provided some coverage! The color seems to blend seamlessly into the skin.

6. Longevity
I generally don't have issues with base makeup fading, so it's hard for me to judge. However, it doesn't feel like it's disappearing, so it should hold up well as long as you're not sweating excessively.

However, as this product is designed for a foundation-free look, it's best used on its own rather than as a base for makeup. When I applied makeup over it, I noticed some slight pilling of the base.

The Abib Glutathione CC Cream has a texture that's as soft as mousse, providing a moisturizing yet fresh finish. When first applying, I was surprised to find capsules in a sunscreen, but they weren't noticeable as particles. As the capsules burst, they naturally brightened my complexion. 

Using it on my light skin (shade 21), it gave a natural brightening effect, about half a shade lighter than my skin tone. My younger brother tried it too, and while it appeared a bit brighter on his darker skin (especially when he used more), it wasn't excessive. I think it could be a great alternative to foundation or cushion for men as well.

Unlike most sunscreens that come in tubes, this product has a pump dispenser, making it hygienic and convenient to use. It's definitely a product I find myself reaching for often.

Every morning, after my skincare routine, I just apply this. For any blemishes or spots I want to conceal, I add a touch of concealer, and voila - you get a radiant, natural look! For areas with visible pores, spread it evenly and then use your fingertips to gently pat in circular motions. This technique helps to fill in the pores completely!

After application, it leaves a slight glow, so if you prefer a matte finish, you might want to lightly dust some powder on top. For truly clean and smooth-looking skin, you need to apply it over a solid skincare base.

I was looking for a foundation-free product when I came across Abib's CC cream, and it felt different from regular brightening moisturizers. 🍊 Texture and application: This product contains tone-up capsules that burst to provide a natural beige complexion correction. After fully applying, the finish is smooth with a slight glow, somewhere between semi-matte and semi-glow. For me, it was more on the semi-glow side!

🍊 Application method: Initially, I applied it by rolling with my hands. For about a week after, I used a puff. Definitely, rolling with hands provides better adherence. When using a puff, both the adherence and tone correction noticeably decrease.

It seems to clog pores a bit, causing small blemishes to appear and some pilling.

The cream looks like it has tiny specks embedded in it, but when you rub it in, it changes color and naturally brightens your complexion. Even though I applied a generous amount since it's a sunscreen, it absorbs well and doesn't leave too much residue. I liked that it didn't make my face look noticeably different from my neck. It's fragrance-free with clean ingredients, which is great, but it doesn't provide much hydration and feels slightly oily. If you don't properly moisturize beforehand, your skin might feel dry underneath while feeling slick on the surface. As it's a sunscreen, don't expect any coverage - it just provides a slight evening of the skin tone. I'd recommend this to those who want a natural, brightening effect.
