Pros
The emulsion type was moisturizing. It just didn't suit me at all, so I squeezed it out and that's the only good thing I can say about it.
Cons
It's not even sensitive, but I bought a lot and used it for over 2 years, and my eyes were so, so irritated. I have to use it since I have it, but it's so irritating that I end up crying every time I remove it.. Even just putting it on my hands feels like it's burning, so I wonder why I bought it.

There was not a single good thing about it. I threw it away right away because even my mom said she didn't use it. ㅠㅠㅠ

It was truly the worst. Before using the Hwahae app, I only used water-type products, but this was the first time I tried a lotion-type product, and as soon as I applied it, little bumps immediately appeared around my eyes. It was the first time I had a breakout right after applying a product. I washed my face right away, and it did calm down, but ㅠㅠ

There were no particularly good aspects, but if I had to say something, the pump-style packaging seemed to be hygienic.
Cons
Ugh, I don't even want to give it one star. The eyeliner not only didn't come off, but it also irritated my eyes when applied. It was just too irritating.

Since I don't usually do heavy eye makeup, my cleansing routine works pretty well.
Cons
My skin feels so irritated that I can't even use it. I don't know why it's so irritating, but it seems to have been too harsh for my skin. I'm thinking of throwing away the one I'm using now.

I was in need of an eye and lip remover, and after buying this emulsion-type remover, I regretted it when I was removing my makeup that day.
Cons
First of all, it stings terribly when it gets in your eyes... It feels like you've poured soapy water into your eyes. While enduring that, the moment I peeled off the makeup cotton with the remover on it, my eyes were still not at all cleansed of makeup.
Tip
Just get a regular remover instead ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

There are no good points about this...It's really a complete no-go for me, as it doesn't suit my skin type, but it may work well for others. This product just really didn't match me at all;

It was fine for about 2-3 weeks after using it, but after that, it would get stuck in cotton and stay in my eyes for about 10 seconds, and after wiping it off, the area around my eyes would become completely cracked and reddened, making it really irritating...I'm going to throw it away before I even finish using it

It wipes off quite easily, the scent was also nice, and being an emulsion type, it was convenient to pump out. I found it easy to use.

I had to remove my makeup late at night, but my lip and eye makeup remover had run out, so I went into the open store, which happened to be Innisfree. The staff there recommended this product to me. The remover was a cream type, so I tried it because it was said to be interesting and gentle. But personally, my eye area felt irritated and such... And it didn't even remove things well..
