It's been discontinued ㅠ I'm not sure if there's a replacement product... After checking the ingredients, I'll have to be more careful when buying next time. Is the idea that 'if it removes makeup well, the ingredients must be bad' a common assumption with cleansing products? I thought it was normal for it to sting the eyes, but apparently that was a particular issue with this one.

Since it's an emulsion type, it's really soft like a lotion, but it has good cleansing power. If you dab it on a cotton pad and gently wipe, it can remove most point makeup. I even used it to remove eyeliner - just lightly dab it on and wipe, and it comes off easily. It has a pump cap, so it's hygienic to use.

Since it's such a gentle product, heavy makeup doesn't come off very well, and being a cream, it's a bit sensitive around the eyes to remove. You can't have it in your eyes, so that's a downside...

The ingredients are quite good and gentle, so there is no irritation to the skin, and it is not drying. It wipes off smoothly like applying a lotion, which I really like!
It's great for using in the winter as it doesn't irritate the skin while removing makeup effectively and keeping the skin moisturized.

Since it's an eye makeup remover, you have to apply it to your eyes, but if the remover gets in your eyes, your eyes will get quite blurry for a few minutes and you'll start tearing up.

Just a few swipes with a cotton swab and it wipes off really well.

Since it's a cream type, it tends to get into the eyes more than a water-based one, so it stings a bit more.

The cleansing power is great. The Kissme mascara is easily and neatly removed as well. I used to only use products with a mix of oil and water, but this one is less irritating and removes gently.

It's not even sensitive, but I bought a lot and used it for over 2 years, and my eyes were so, so irritated. I have to use it since I have it, but it's so irritating that I end up crying every time I remove it.. Even just putting it on my hands feels like it's burning, so I wonder why I bought it.

The emulsion type was moisturizing. It just didn't suit me at all, so I squeezed it out and that's the only good thing I can say about it.

You should use it up quickly. If you repurchase, you'll become an alien. Innisfree products shouldn't be mixed with this product.

And after wiping it off, it definitely feels less tugging compared to the liquid type!
