Pros
I went to Innisfree and immediately bought this after testing a lip color on the back of my hand and realizing it was the makeup remover I had been wanting! It's simple to use, has a lovely scent, and the liquid type allows for more controlled application compared to other removers. Ugh, I'm so sad to hear it's being discontinued! This remover effectively removes Clio mascara, Etude House mascara, and various eyeliners like Peripera, Apieu, and The Face Shop. I haven't found any products it can't remove yet.
Cons
As it's a cream type, you'll need to squeeze it out and then spread the clumped-up formula evenly onto the cotton pad.
Tip
1. Pump out an appropriate amount, about 1-2 times, onto the cotton pad. 2. Spread the clumped cream evenly over the cotton pad. 3. Gently press the cotton pad onto the eye area with your eyes closed for 2-3 seconds to allow the remover to dissolve the makeup. 4. The fragrance is so nice! Even though I just bought it, it wipes off well! When I tried it, the lipstick and eyeshadow products seemed to wipe off well!

Pros

It's still getting cleaned up about halfway. There's no irritation at all, and the scent is nice.
Cons
It's not really coming off ㅠㅠ There's no stinging at all, and it's gentle, but it comes off better when I use a cotton pad soaked in toner...
Tip
Using a larger cotton swab works better for removing it than cotton pads.

The sweet apple scent was nice I'm not sure about the other aspects though
Cons
Even though it was soaked in cotton, it didn't come off well. Especially the waterproof products barely came off, and there were a lot of residues left even after cleansing, so I stopped using it after about a week of use.
