Pros
The cleansing power is great. The Kissme mascara is easily and neatly removed as well. I used to only use products with a mix of oil and water, but this one is less irritating and removes gently.
Cons
Since it's a cream type, it tends to get into the eyes more than a water-based one, so it stings a bit more.

Powerful cleansing power!! There's no makeup that it can't remove. And since it's a lotion type, it's much less irritating compared to other liquid-type eye makeup removers. Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin who use heavy eye makeup!
Cons
It has a lot of oil, so you really need to double cleanse. And if you don't control the amount well, it can get in your eyes and make it a bit of a hassle to rinse off... Your vision may get a bit blurry. But it doesn't sting or cause redness. I went to buy it again recently, but it's been discontinued... I hope it comes back!

I went to Innisfree and immediately bought this after testing a lip color on the back of my hand and realizing it was the makeup remover I had been wanting! It's simple to use, has a lovely scent, and the liquid type allows for more controlled application compared to other removers. Ugh, I'm so sad to hear it's being discontinued! This remover effectively removes Clio mascara, Etude House mascara, and various eyeliners like Peripera, Apieu, and The Face Shop. I haven't found any products it can't remove yet.
Cons
As it's a cream type, you'll need to squeeze it out and then spread the clumped-up formula evenly onto the cotton pad.
Tip
1. Pump out an appropriate amount, about 1-2 times, onto the cotton pad. 2. Spread the clumped cream evenly over the cotton pad. 3. Gently press the cotton pad onto the eye area with your eyes closed for 2-3 seconds to allow the remover to dissolve the makeup. 4. I'm quite sensitive to eye irritation, but this really removes makeup without any irritation at all. It's a life-saver for me!
Cons
A small amount of emulsion cannot remove makeup thoroughly, and the water-based formula needs to be directly applied to cotton pads. The emulsion doesn't soak into the cotton pads easily, so you have to press down on the cotton to make it absorb fully. Another downside is that this product has been discontinued. 😢
Tip
It's better to pump the product onto only half of the cotton pad and then fold the other half over it to help it absorb better.
