It wipes off smoothly like applying a lotion, which I really like! It's great for using in the winter as it doesn't irritate the skin while removing makeup effectively and keeping the skin moisturized.
ConsSince it's such a gentle product, heavy makeup doesn't come off very well, and being a cream, it's a bit sensitive around the eyes to remove. You can't have it in your eyes, so that's a downside...

The Kissme mascara is easily and neatly removed as well. I used to only use products with a mix of oil and water, but this one is less irritating and removes gently.
ConsSince it's a cream type, it tends to get into the eyes more than a water-based one, so it stings a bit more.

ConsIt seems difficult to apply and doesn't wash off well.

There's no makeup that it can't remove. And since it's a lotion type, it's much less irritating compared to other liquid-type eye makeup removers. Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin who use heavy eye makeup!
ConsIt has a lot of oil, so you really need to double cleanse. And if you don't control the amount well, it can get in your eyes and make it a bit of a hassle to rinse off... Your vision may get a bit blurry. But it doesn't sting or cause redness. I went to buy it again recently, but it's been discontinued... I hope it comes back!
TipPump some onto a cotton pad, spread it out well, then gently press it on your eyes for 3-4 seconds before wiping it off - it removes makeup amazingly well!

ConsThe ingredients are disappointing (PEG and phenoxyethanol, fragrance) I didn't know this, but my friend said that the eyeliner doesn't come off easily when she tried it As for me, I use eyeshadow and it washes off well~
TipAfter pumping onto a tissue, wipe around the eyes and lips~

It doesn't sting the eyes, and being an emulsion type, it's more convenient to use and lasts longer than a liquid type.
ConsThe cleansing power is not great. While it can quickly remove child makeup, lip makeup, especially tint stains, is almost impossible to remove.

ConsThere were no blemishes, and it was the best remover I've used so far.

It's simple to use, has a lovely scent, and the liquid type allows for more controlled application compared to other removers. Ugh, I'm so sad to hear it's being discontinued! This remover effectively removes Clio mascara, Etude House mascara, and various eyeliners like Peripera, Apieu, and The Face Shop. I haven't found any products it can't remove yet.
ConsAs it's a cream type, you'll need to squeeze it out and then spread the clumped-up formula evenly onto the cotton pad.
Tip1. Pump out an appropriate amount, about 1-2 times, onto the cotton pad. 2. Spread the clumped cream evenly over the cotton pad. 3. Gently press the cotton pad onto the eye area with your eyes closed for 2-3 seconds to allow the remover to dissolve the makeup. 4. Then, thoroughly wipe away the remaining makeup using the cotton pad, finishing up with a cotton swab. *For those who are unsure about the remaining amount, you can hold the bottle up to the light or a lamp to check the level.

It's a life-saver for me!
ConsA small amount of emulsion cannot remove makeup thoroughly, and the water-based formula needs to be directly applied to cotton pads. The emulsion doesn't soak into the cotton pads easily, so you have to press down on the cotton to make it absorb fully. Another downside is that this product has been discontinued. 😢
TipIt's better to pump the product onto only half of the cotton pad and then fold the other half over it to help it absorb better.

I chose the cream because it's gentle and washes off well. My friend also said it's good.
ConsThe bottle is opaque, so it's hard to see how much is left. I used it up faster than I expected.
