Pros
The ingredients are quite good and gentle, so there is no irritation to the skin, and it is not drying. It wipes off smoothly like applying a lotion, which I really like! It's great for using in the winter as it doesn't irritate the skin while removing makeup effectively and keeping the skin moisturized.
Cons
Since it's such a gentle product, heavy makeup doesn't come off very well, and being a cream, it's a bit sensitive around the eyes to remove. You can't have it in your eyes, so that's a downside...

Pros
The emulsion type was moisturizing. It just didn't suit me at all, so I squeezed it out and that's the only good thing I can say about it.
Cons
It's not even sensitive, but I bought a lot and used it for over 2 years, and my eyes were so, so irritated. I have to use it since I have it, but it's so irritating that I end up crying every time I remove it.. Even just putting it on my hands feels like it's burning, so I wonder why I bought it.

Pros
The product is truly moisturizing and has a pleasant aroma - a refreshing apple scent. It cleanses well and, most importantly, does not sting or irritate the eyes, and gently removes makeup. I was very satisfied with it. It does not make the skin feel greasy or slippery.
Cons
I feel the quantity is a bit small... I wish they had a larger size available.
Tip
It works best if you apply it to a cotton pad, gently press it onto the skin, and then rub it in to allow the product to absorb before removing it.

It's moisturizing and has a nice fragrance. It's gentler than other products, and it doesn't hurt much even if it gets in the eyes.

The eyeshadow lasts well, but the mascara doesn't come off that easily.

Pros
This is my first time using it, and it's much gentler and has an emulsion-type formula, so it felt moisturizing. The removal process was similar to other removers. What I liked the most was the scent! As soon as I press the pump, a refreshing apple scent comes out. I would consider repurchasing it just because of the fragrance.
Cons
Since it's an emulsion-type, it doesn't absorb well into the cotton pad, so I had to rub it for a while before I could use it.
Tip
Instead of just rubbing it on the cotton pad, if you squeeze it onto the pad and then fold the pad in half and press down, it absorbs much faster.

Cons
When removing eye makeup, it would sting my eyes quite a bit. After using it for about 2 weeks, I couldn't stand it anymore and ended up giving it to my sister.
