Pros
The packaging is lovely, and it's an Innisfree product, so I was really drawn to it. I really love the green, green color.
Cons
It's sticky and slippery, so it's difficult to remove. I have to cleanse several times, which is a hassle. It feels like it's not fully washed off.

This product is definitely non-irritating and gentle. It doesn't sting the eyes, and being an emulsion type, it's more convenient to use and lasts longer than a liquid type.

The fragrance is so nice! Even though I just bought it, it wipes off well! When I tried it, the lipstick and eyeshadow products seemed to wipe off well!
Cons
It doesn't wipe off very well!!! Especially the liner!!!

I'm the type who likes to draw eyeliner thickly, but it's too hard to remove. I wouldn't recommend this to people who do a lot of eye makeup. The makeup remover just doesn't seem to take it off, which is really frustrating.

The sweet apple scent was nice I'm not sure about the other aspects though
Cons
Even though it was soaked in cotton, it didn't come off well. Especially the waterproof products barely came off, and there were a lot of residues left even after cleansing, so I stopped using it after about a week of use.

I really like that this remover doesn't have the thick, dry feeling that some removers have. My eye area is sensitive, and before using this remover, when I used other removers (I'm not sure if it was the cotton pads that were the issue), the next morning my eyes would be puffy or sore, and I couldn't put on makeup. But since using this, I've never had that problem. It's really great...b
Cons
I think the cleansing power could be a bit stronger. It doesn't completely wipe everything off in one go. But I think most removers are like that, so considering that, I think this product is pretty good♡
Tip
I use two cotton pads - I pump the remover two or three times onto one pad, then use the other pad to dab over it. That way, both cotton pads get soaked in the remover. Then I place one pad over each eyelid, leave it for 10 seconds, and gently wipe it off~

It wasn't as irritating as I thought, even though it wasn't oily and got into my eyes. The ingredients seem gentle and good, and my lips wiped off well.
Cons

Since it is a lotion type, it doesn't absorb well into the cotton pads. The most important thing is that the eye makeup doesn't remove well, so it couldn't perform its role properly. After wiping it off several times, my eyes become irritated and the surrounding area turns red. Not recommended.

After applying the Kiss Me Waterproof Mascara, I tried to remove it in the evening, but since it's such a strong mascara, it didn't come off at all. I'm currently using a lip remover to take it off.
