Since it's an emulsion type, it's really soft like a lotion, but it has good cleansing power. If you dab it on a cotton pad and gently wipe, it can remove most point makeup. I even used it to remove eyeliner - just lightly dab it on and wipe, and it comes off easily. It has a pump cap, so it's hygienic to use.
Cons
It's been discontinued ㅠ I'm not sure if there's a replacement product... After checking the ingredients, I'll have to be more careful when buying next time. Pros
The cleansing power is great. The Kissme mascara is easily and neatly removed as well. I used to only use products with a mix of oil and water, but this one is less irritating and removes gently.
Cons
Since it's a cream type, it tends to get into the eyes more than a water-based one, so it stings a bit more.

Powerful cleansing power!! There's no makeup that it can't remove. And since it's a lotion type, it's much less irritating compared to other liquid-type eye makeup removers. Highly recommended for those with sensitive skin who use heavy eye makeup!
Cons
It has a lot of oil, so you really need to double cleanse. And if you don't control the amount well, it can get in your eyes and make it a bit of a hassle to rinse off... Your vision may get a bit blurry. But it doesn't sting or cause redness. I went to buy it again recently, but it's been discontinued... I hope it comes back!
Tip
Pump some onto a cotton pad, spread it out well, then gently press it on your eyes for 3-4 seconds before wiping it off - it removes makeup amazingly well!

I'm quite sensitive to eye irritation, but this really removes makeup without any irritation at all. It's a life-saver for me!
Cons
A small amount of emulsion cannot remove makeup thoroughly, and the water-based formula needs to be directly applied to cotton pads. The emulsion doesn't soak into the cotton pads easily, so you have to press down on the cotton to make it absorb fully. Another downside is that this product has been discontinued. 😢
Tip
It's better to pump the product onto only half of the cotton pad and then fold the other half over it to help it absorb better.

I tried the lotion-type lip and eye remover for the first time and it removes makeup well. Being a lotion type, if you soak the cotton pad enough, it doesn't irritate the eyes. You can also use it to remove base makeup by squeezing it onto your hand occasionally.
