A gentle remover that doesn't sting or irritate the eyes. It effectively removes eyeliner and mascara without any fuss. The small size means you'll go through it quickly. It's a product you'll want to stock up on for peace of mind. Apply to a cotton pad and gently press on eye makeup for a few seconds, then wipe away cleanly. Avoid rubbing - just press lightly and remove in one swipe! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 10, 2022
I decided to try this Japanese product because it was said to be non-irritating. Almost all cleansing waters and makeup removers cause eye stinging, but this one has excellent cleansing effectiveness and I didn't experience any eye irritation at all. Well... apart from being a Japanese product, it seems perfect. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2021
It's fantastic that this cleanser effortlessly removes even the most stubborn mascara that other products struggle with! I've been exclusively using this product for years since I first tried it. I haven't discovered any drawbacks yet... The only flaw is that it's flawless! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAug 26, 2021
It removes makeup really well, even tough ones like Kissmee mascara. It doesn't sting or irritate even if it gets in your eyes. If I had to pick one downside, it's that it's a bit pricier compared to other eye makeup removers. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 2, 2021
Absolutely fantastic!!! Cleansing effectiveness: It removes even the most stubborn mascara. The cleansing power is incredible. No eye irritation: Unlike most removers that sting when they get in your eyes, this one doesn't cause any discomfort unless a large amount gets in. Fragrance-free! I love that it has no scent. There's nothing I particularly dislike about it. On lazy days, I've even used it to cleanse my face, and it didn't cause any skin issues. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 25, 2021
The best feature is that it doesn't sting much even if it gets in your eyes! It removes mascara well and has great cleansing effectiveness overall. The fact that it doesn't cause irritation even when it gets in your eyes is amazing. The fact that it's a Japanese product... I'm planning to only use what I already have for now! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2020
I stumbled upon this makeup remover during a trip, and it's been surprisingly effective. I usually use Kissmee mascara and relied on Pony Effect remover, but this one has great cleansing effectiveness and removes makeup well too. I'll likely repurchase it when it's on sale as an alternative. It's pretty decent and reliable. Plus, it doesn't cause any irritation to my eyes. Well, it's a Japanese product, which might be a bit disappointing for some. But honestly, does it really matter? Remember to shake the bottle well before use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2020
Honestly, this might be the best eye makeup remover out there! It doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes, and it effortlessly removes most mascaras and eyeliners. The price is quite reasonable when it's on sale. While I'd recommend the Colorgram eye remover as a domestic alternative, this one still takes the crown! The only downside I can think of is that it's a foreign brand... but that's about it! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinDec 16, 2020
I've found an eye makeup remover that doesn't cause any irritation! The remover I was using before had good cleansing power, but if it got too close to my eyes, it would sting. What's fascinating about this product is that it contains vitamins B and E, specifically designed to prevent eye irritation. When I tried it myself, I was amazed - absolutely no stinging, and it dissolves makeup effectively. The solution is clear, and you need to shake it to mix the oil and water layers before use. It's also fragrance-free. What I love most is that it removes even waterproof products and mascara cleanly without having to rub hard, which can cause wrinkles around the eyes. I'm completely satisfied. If you're looking for a moisturizing remover that doesn't leave an oily residue and is gentle on the eye area, I highly recommend giving this a try. While buying multiple small bottles is fine, I really wish they'd release a larger size! For removing lip or eye makeup, I recommend saturating a cotton pad with the product, placing it on the skin, waiting a moment, and then gently wiping. This method allows for irritation-free, thorough cleansing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinNov 6, 2020
It doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes. Unlike oily makeup removers that require follow-up cleansing, this one feels fresh. A small amount is enough to remove both mascara and eyeliner in one go, without harsh rubbing. You don't have to wait long for the makeup to dissolve - just 3-5 seconds is sufficient. There's nothing negative to say except that it's a Japanese product and it's slightly on the pricier side. I bought it during a sale at Olive Young and got the full-size product, a free gift, and cotton pads at a discounted price. Keep an eye out for those sales!
