It gently removes makeup without irritating the eyes, leaving no residue for a clean finish. There's no major downside while using it, but the price is a bit high, so it's best to buy during sales. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 29, 2021
Unlike other products where mascara is hard to remove, this one wipes off completely in one go. It's great because it leaves no residue behind. I can't think of any downsides to this product... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 17, 2021
It's gentle and removes makeup cleanly. Even heavy eye makeup comes off effortlessly with a quick swipe. There's not much to complain about... except the price might be a bit high for the amount you get. It's best to buy it when it's on sale. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 13, 2020
The oil is gentle and soft, so it's not irritating to the skin. After applying it to your skin, leave it for about 30 seconds and then wipe it off - it removes makeup cleanly. After use, rinse with lukewarm water and finish with a second cleanse for thorough cleansing. (The photos show before and after cleansing! Please note the color difference to see how it removes eyebrow tattoos, and the change in complexion is due to makeup removal, not a filter.) There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Even though it's a remover, it's so gentle that if it accidentally gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting or cause much discomfort. Make sure to shake the bottle well before use to mix the oil and ingredient layers. Don't rub it immediately; let the remover soak into the cotton pad for a moment before applying it to your skin. The eye area is sensitive, so instead of rubbing to remove makeup, gently sweep it away. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 17, 2020
This is my holy grail product. I can't even remember how many years I've been using it, but I've gone through at least 15 bottles. It's non-irritating and removes makeup incredibly well. I've tried pretty much every remover out there (Missha, Innisfree, Pond's, Illiyoon, Aritaum, Skinfood, The Face Shop, etc.), but this one takes the crown. Whenever there's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, I stock up on 6 bottles. It doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes, and it easily removes Kiss Me mascara and Stila's glittery products. I'm lazy, so I use it on my face too, and despite having sensitive skin, I've never broken out from it! Like other lip and eye removers, you need to shake it before use, but it feels less oily than others, making it lightweight and pleasant to use. It's also fragrance-free, which I love. After using it, the skin around my eyes doesn't turn white or flake, which is great. I'm extremely satisfied with this product. When it comes to removing makeup gently yet effectively, this product is the absolute best. Looking at the ingredients, it doesn't seem particularly gentle, so I wonder why it feels so mild on the skin. The only downside is that it's a Japanese product. Before the boycott started, I stocked up on 6 bottles. I have about 4 left, and once they're gone, I'll be back to searching for a new makeup remover. If anyone knows of a good alternative, please let me know! Make sure to buy this when there's a buy-one-get-one-free offer - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 10, 2020
This remover is famous for its effectiveness on long-lasting makeup. For brush pen eyeliners, eyebrow products, and shimmery eyeshadows, simply press a cotton pad soaked in remover on the area for about 5 seconds, then gently wipe away. It removes everything in one go! For Peripera mascaras, it removes about 70% - just a bit more careful wiping between lashes gives perfect results. As for lip makeup, while I'm not sure about tints since I rarely use them, it cleanses lipsticks thoroughly. What impressed me most was how incredibly gentle it is compared to my previous remover. Even when it got into my eyes while removing mascara, I felt no irritation at all! The finish isn't overly oily either. The price... It's somewhat reasonable when on sale at Olive Young, but I hesitate to buy it at full price. For best results, saturate a cotton pad with the remover, place it on your eye for about 5 seconds, then gently wipe away. It works like a charm! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 24, 2020
This product has amazing cleansing effectiveness!! I bought it on sale at Olive Young a while back and started using it after finishing my Etude mascara remover. Until now, I hadn't seen anything that could surpass the Etude remover, but this one comes really close!! While Etude is far better in terms of value for money, I really like this product because its cleansing power is excellent! Moreover, there was no irritation! I usually avoid Aritaum products because they cause a tingling sensation, but this one felt gentle and removed makeup smoothly without any irritation! Remember to shake it gently before use~ To be honest, if you're thinking about value for money, go for the Etude mascara remover! It removes eye makeup incredibly well! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 14, 2019
While I'm not currently using this product, I support the No Japan boycott. As an alternative among domestic products, you can try 'Aritaum Ppooyan Miso Fermented Lip & Eye Remover'! Its cleansing effectiveness is impressive - it effortlessly removes even waterproof mascara without irritation! In terms of user experience, it doesn't sting if it gets in your eyes and gently removes mascara, eyeliner, and lip products without causing any irritation. As for value for money, I think it's a bit pricey considering the amount you get. It's disappointing that it runs out quickly given its high price for the amount of product. Stock up during sales or special promotions! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 7, 2019
Kiss Me mascara is notoriously difficult to remove unless you use a product with excellent cleansing effectiveness. Usually, you'd need a special remover, which can be costly when bought separately. I was wondering what to do when I discovered Bifesta remover - it's a game-changer! Not only does it cause no irritation to the eyes, but it also removes Kiss Me mascara completely. The downside is that there are a couple of potentially harmful ingredients, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 5, 2019
The cleansing effectiveness is absolutely fantastic. It removes almost all products effortlessly, even the stubborn Kiss Me mascara that usually requires a special remover comes off cleanly. It also does an excellent job removing heavily pigmented Peripera tints. What I love most about this product is that despite its high cleansing power, it's not irritating at all. Since the eye and mouth areas are typically sensitive, I'm often hesitant to use removers there, but this product is gentle and doesn't cause any tingling sensation, which is great. The price is a bit disappointing. Especially considering that these days, many drugstore brands are producing such high-quality products. What's more, drugstore brands often have sales, allowing you to purchase at much lower prices, which makes this product feel a bit overpriced in comparison. Olive Young occasionally offers a buy-one-get-one-free deal on this product. It's much smarter to wait for these promotions rather than just buying during regular sales.
