First off, it removes makeup really well. I thought I'd gotten everything off after double cleansing, but I was surprised when I wiped with this remover. It picked up a lot more eyeshadow and other products than I expected. It's definitely important to use this remover thoroughly all over your face before cleansing. Like most removers, it's quite rich in oils. Also, it doesn't seem to absorb well into cotton pads. Use a cotton swab to clean thoroughly and meticulously. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJul 16, 2021
It doesn't sting my eyes when I use it and it's very gentle on the skin. I've repurchased several bottles and continue to use it. After use, there's a slight rich feeling left on the skin, so cleansing is necessary. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 22, 2021
I love how it removes makeup so well without causing much irritation! It's fantastic at taking off even glitter and mascara. While I'm slightly concerned about its oiliness and the fact that it contains three cautionary ingredients, I continue using it because it works so well. If you're not a fan of oily removers, you might want to keep this in mind before purchasing. Apply to a cotton pad, place on eyelids for about 15 seconds, then gently wipe away. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 20, 2020
I was impressed by how powerfully it cleansed. The effectiveness was quite good! It felt too oily, which made me a bit reluctant to use it each time. Apart from that, it worked fine as a point remover. However, as I haven't tried other point removers, I probably won't repurchase this one for now. I think I'll try some other products and compare before making a decision. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 2, 2020
Cleanses thoroughly without irritating the eyes. It effectively removes even heavily applied mascara and eyeliner. I also use it to remove lipstick, and it works well on intense lip colors too. I've included a swatch on my hand showing how it removes tint - you can see there's still a slight stain, but I'm satisfied with this level of cleansing! The generous amount lasts for a long time, so I've been using it consistently. It's quite oily, which is unavoidable for a remover, but it leaves a very greasy feeling on the hands. Also, it's a Japanese product, so I'm considering switching to something else, but I'm not sure what to replace it with. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 1, 2020
It has excellent cleansing effectiveness and gently dissolves makeup without causing much irritation around the eyes. I love how it even melts away deeply pigmented or dark tints effortlessly. The separated oil layer seems to be the key to its effective removal power. The small size is quite pricey, so I recommend grabbing it during a sale. Also, it leaves some oiliness behind, necessitating an additional cleansing step. The proper way to use it is to soak a cotton pad generously and place it over your eyes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2020
The cleansing effectiveness is fantastic! Even Kiss Me mascara, which other removers I've tried couldn't handle, comes off easily with this product. I'm really impressed with how well it removes makeup. The main drawbacks are that it's not a domestic product, and the oil layer leaves a slightly greasy feeling after use. It can make your skin feel a bit uncomfortable. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinJan 17, 2020
When removing eye makeup, it's super convenient! Just soak a cotton pad and gently massage your eyes - it wipes everything off in one go. Plus, it's relatively gentle on the eyes, causing minimal irritation. It's pretty good overall, except for feeling a tad slippery, almost like it has a slight oily texture! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 30, 2019
From the moment I first used this product, I knew it was the one! It's a two-phase formula with an oil layer and a water layer, so you need to shake it well before use. What made me fall in love with this product was its incredible ability to remove even the most stubborn mascara. I've always struggled with removing my long-lasting mascara, but this product just melts it away effortlessly! It's truly amazing how well it cleanses. Another great thing is that unlike other products that sting when they get into your eyes, this one doesn't cause any irritation at all. It's such a relief! (Of course, individual experiences may vary.) The cleansing effectiveness speaks for itself! As for the scent, it's pleasantly neutral - not too strong or overpowering, which makes it comfortable to use. I think most people would find the fragrance agreeable. I'm mentioning this for those who might be sensitive to scents. I highly recommend this product to anyone who uses waterproof or hard-to-remove makeup! It might feel a bit rich, so those with oily skin might find it slightly uncomfortable to use. Because of the oil layer, it can feel a bit oily. If you use just a small amount on a cotton pad, you might not get the full effect. I'd recommend using a generous amount for the best results and optimal absorption. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 24, 2019
Skin type: Combination dehydrated skin prone to acne Blemish reaction: None Cleansing effectiveness: As a point makeup remover, it excels in cleansing power. Capable of removing mascara and large glitter particles Irritation level: No eye stinging, and it doesn't cause discomfort even if it gets into the eyes, making it non-irritating The downside is that due to its separated formula, you need to shake it before each use, which can be a bit inconvenient. Also, it leaves a slightly oily finish, requiring a second cleanse Although it's called an eye makeup remover, it's actually a point makeup remover that can be used for both lip and eye makeup
