It sets quickly. While it doesn't smudge much, the formula seems to break down and fade away. It lasts longer on my hand, so it might be separating due to skin oils. However, it lasted quite well on the waterline, perhaps due to the eyelashes. I noticed it fades more quickly at the outer corners of my eyes.

One-way rotation
Be careful, as you can't retract the pencil once you've twisted it up. I keep making this mistake out of habit. Don't twist up too much at once. The lead is thin and can break easily.

Soft and smooth application
The color is a brownish-red with a bit of vibrancy. It applies smoothly, making it easy to draw. I like that it's thin. However, this is only true at first - if you use it a lot, the tip becomes blunt and doesn't draw as nicely.

Great for filling in the waterline
I only use it for filling in my waterline.
