It's definitely thin, which makes it great for drawing precise lines... I have oily skin... super oily, in fact! Maybe that's why it smudged so much for me. After a short while, when I looked in the mirror, it had spread everywhere, leaving marks under my eyes and making them look dark. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 6, 2018
It absorbs well and has a slim design, making it easy and pleasant to apply. It crumbles easily, breaks apart, and tends to get messy on your hands. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 18, 2017
As time passes, oily residue tends to build up significantly around the nose and eyes for those with combination skin. I believe I purchased this during a sale period, and I've been using it diligently since then. When I first started using it, I didn't think it was that great as it didn't seem to work well with pencils. However, after trying various renowned brands like ㄹㄹㅂㅇㄹㄷ, I found that the Etude House Eco Soul Waterproof Eyeliner is the best. It's waterproof, smooth, and glides on effortlessly, plus it's thin enough that you don't need to sharpen it. I'd highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone looking for a soft, easy-to-apply formula. I don't think there were any significant downsides. I used it very happily. The only thing is that if you apply it when your eyes are moist, it can smudge. But that's unavoidable. If you rub it before it dries (which is to be expected), it can transfer or smear. Since it's a pencil, the tip can become a bit blunt, but you can sharpen the tail by gently rubbing it with your fingernail or a cotton swab to create a sharp, defined edge. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 20, 2017
I bought it because the reviews were so good... but I have no idea what's so good about it. Extremely sensitive to oil And then when I blink, it smears right onto the eyelid crease... (1 annoyance) After I get to work and look in the mirror, there's a dark smudge below the triangle zone ... (2 annoyances) Every time I go to the bathroom at work and look in the mirror, there's a dark smudge on the eyelid crease and below the triangle zone (3 annoyances) In the hot summer, my super oily skin is still searching for an eyeliner that won't smear... (I'm really frustrated after using this for a month....) - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 18, 2017
Even though it was a well-blendable eyeshadow, it didn't blend too easily, and when it did blend, it had a nice blended look. The longevity also seemed decent. It seems to run out too quickly, and the downside is that it gets on your hands even if you just brush against it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 15, 2017
It seems like there's nothing good...maybe just one soft thing? I don't know why it's called 'Power Proof'. It smears. I bought it to fill in the mucous membrane, and after going out and looking in the mirror, it was all over the bottom, so I haven't touched it since then. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 27, 2016
The ingredients seem good! I just bought it on sale at The Face Shop and it's been great. Before, I was using a pencil, but over time it got hard and thick, so it was a bit painful to draw on my eyes and I couldn't get a natural finish. But The Face Shop one is definitely thinner, so it glides on smoothly without tugging. It's really soft, if that makes sense - it applies easily without leaving any gaps. It's waterproof, but... well, since I have oily skin, over time the oil comes through and gets a bit smudgy under my eyes. I use the Aritaum Pressed Powder under my eyes to prevent the smudging. If that's still not enough, you could try drawing with The Face Shop one and then setting it with a dark eyeshadow on top. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 13, 2016
The pencil is so thin that I don't need to sharpen it, which is great. It applies smoothly like gel. Sometimes there is a slight smudging when I apply it. It can get under my eyes. Applying eyeliner and powder can help minimize the smudging~
