I'm on the hunt for a more hydrating sunscreen since my face gets super dry even in summer. 1. No white cast! 2. Keeps skin moisturized all day. However, this is exclusively for dry skin types. 3. It remains slightly sticky even after waiting for it to absorb, making it suitable as a makeup base.
Cons1. It has a significant oily feel and leaves a shiny finish that runs down the face. Those with oily skin should absolutely avoid this. 2. Due to its stickiness, it's challenging to use alone. Recommended for those who apply it under foundation. 3. Washes off easily with water. Even when showering, it feels like it completely disappears after rinsing a few times with just water.
TipWhen it comes to sunscreen, investing in a pricier product that you love and can use daily is actually the shortcut to saving money!

But wow, it was like discovering a whole new world! The IPPO sunscreen is incredibly hydrating without feeling heavy at all. It's amazing how this sunscreen feels even better than my regular skincare products! I use it almost daily and haven't experienced any blemishes.
ConsThe price is a bit disappointing. While it's relatively affordable for an aesthetic product, it's still a bit pricey for daily use.

I used to be an Anessa fanatic, but Anessa has a more powdery finish - it's like you're barely wearing anything. This product is the complete opposite! It has a moisturizing texture like a hydrating cream, and it might feel a bit heavy, but that was perfect for my very dry skin. I felt I needed to keep my skincare routine light, so I just applied a slightly sticky essence and then this product directly. There was no pilling, and it gave a slight white cast, which I actually liked!
ConsIt was more expensive than I expected, even pricier than Anessa. I think it might pill if you apply it over a full skincare routine including creams. It's a bit thick? It feels even more so because I'm used to Anessa's watery texture.
TipIt would be great to use this as the final step in a light skincare routine, doubling as a moisturizer! Finish by gently patting it into your skin.

It's incredibly hydrating too. I apply it before makeup and there's no pilling at all - it's absolutely fantastic.
ConsThere seems to be a bit of a white cast when applied. It does initially make your skin look noticeably paler.

This sunscreen, however, has a nice thick texture without being greasy, which I love! It absorbs quickly into the skin, so I think it would be great for those with oily skin. Often, non-greasy sunscreens aren't moisturizing, but this one leaves my skin feeling hydrated deep down. The scent is also pleasant - not too strong, just a subtle fruity fragrance that's not overwhelming. As the weather gets warmer and our faces tend to get oilier and harder to manage, this sunscreen seems perfect. It has just the right SPF for daily use and isn't greasy, making it ideal for the upcoming season!
ConsWhile it's moisturizing and not greasy, it can be a bit difficult to apply. It feels somewhat stiff, and despite claims of no stickiness, there is a slight tacky feeling. This stickiness does disappear after a while as it fully absorbs, but if you're in a hurry, you might have to deal with that initial sticky feeling. Also, while it is hydrating, those with dry skin might find it a bit lacking in moisture.

I was a bit worried about using this product suddenly without testing it first, but I'm really happy with how hydrating it is! In my opinion, the level of moisture feels somewhere between an emulsion and a cream.
ConsWhen I apply makeup with a cushion foundation after putting on this sunscreen, the sunscreen tends to come off on the cushion puff, looking like dead skin cells. I'm not sure if this description makes sense, but it's the best way I can explain it since I've never experienced this before. It seems like you need to allow enough time between applying sunscreen and doing your base makeup. Also, while the product claims to be non-sticky, it's not entirely true. There is a slight stickiness, which was a bit disappointing since the product description stated otherwise.
TipI personally dislike when my hands get sticky while applying sunscreen, so I use a puff to apply it. It spreads evenly, blends well, and doesn't get on my hands, which I love! I recommend using a puff that's not too porous and has a firm texture. Puffs that are too soft don't seem to provide good adherence. I recommend the Skinfood wedge puff or the dampened water drop puff from Daiso.

I started using the Aippo Daily Sunscreen the day after it arrived. My biggest concern was whether it would leave a greasy finish or cause a white cast, but I was pleasantly surprised. It applies as smoothly as a moisturizer and even gives a brightening effect to my complexion. After observing its performance over time, I noticed it absorbs well into the skin without any oiliness. My skin feels hydrated to the touch, and it works great under makeup. I'm definitely considering purchasing it in the future.
ConsAfter a week of use, I haven't found any major downsides. While it applies nicely, I was a bit disappointed that the brightening effect doesn't last as long as I'd hoped.
TipIt's great how you can squeeze it out like a moisturizer and pat it in. It absorbs well into the skin.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsFirst, it felt as hydrating as a moisturizer or a light body emulsion. Second, there's no white cast. Third, as you can see in the photo, there's a noticeable difference between the applied and non-applied areas. While it doesn't have a whitening effect, it does give a nice glow. Fourth, sunscreens with white cast are difficult to use daily, but this product is perfect for everyday use. Fifth, it helps prevent skin from tanning quickly. As someone whose skin tans easily, I applied it thoroughly and found it provides good sun protection. (I'm posting this as part of The Hwahae Testers after winning on Hwahae)
ConsFirst, perhaps due to my oily skin, some shine does appear after a while. Second, while it applies moisturizing at first, after application it doesn't feel sticky, but somehow feels slightly tight
TipThe application method is standard, like most products. The product contains Arctic glacier water, making it suitable for sensitive and delicate skin types. It also has a high SPF and focuses on protecting against both UVA and UVB rays

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.Pros(As a review from The Hwahae Testers, the exact usage period was ten days) First off, the advantage is that it applies smoothly, probably due to its hydrating feel. After application, there's no stickiness or shine. It also has a slight white cast (not excessive) that brightens the skin. It seems to work as a makeup base before foundation. As long as you don't overdo the amount, it doesn't cause pilling and allows for smooth makeup application, which I appreciated. In my case, I didn't experience any blemishes.
ConsWhen using this sunscreen, there's about a 1/3 chance that the oil layer separates. (I'm not sure if it's clearly visible, but I've attached a photo.) Also, if you don't apply it quickly, it tends to pill and clump slightly. After makeup, I noticed that my face became oily faster than usual. Those with oily skin might want to consider this before use.
TipRather than simply applying, it seems to absorb better and prevent makeup pilling if you gently pat it into the skin.

There's hardly any white cast, and it applies moisturizing. It's somewhat similar to the Dr. Jart sunscreen with the red lettering. While I haven't tried many sunscreens, as someone with oily skin who absolutely hates greasiness, this ranks among the top non-greasy ones I've used. Above all, while I don't usually pay much attention to ingredients in sunscreens since they're necessary for UV protection, I appreciate that this one is free from chemical preservatives.
ConsI'm not sure if I should say it pills or sits on top of the skin, but it kind of rises up like white powder later on. And the price... At 42,000 won, it doesn't provide enough satisfaction to justify the cost. With such a high price tag, it feels like even the tiniest flaw is unacceptable. After using it for another month, I have to update my review. It pills and sits on the skin so much that I can't use it. I thought it might be incompatible with my skincare routine, so I tried applying it on bare skin, but it still sits on top.
