The application is smooth, and it feels slightly heavier than a thin emulsion. Even though I have oily skin, it doesn't make me look overly shiny, which is great.
ConsI don't have any particular complaints yet, perhaps because I haven't been using it for very long.

I feel reassured knowing it's free from chemical ingredients.
ConsThe price is on the higher side, so expectations are naturally high. At first, there's no white cast, but as you use it, you might notice a slight pilling effect.

I'm writing this review after using it for exactly a week. I'm a sunscreen enthusiast who won't step outside without it, and I usually go for brands like Paula's Choice, Dr. Jart+, and Belif after checking their ingredients. So, I was thrilled to be chosen to test this sunscreen! Let me quickly list the pros: 1. No eye irritation 2. Applies matte but feels quite hydrating once absorbed 3. High SPF despite having skin-friendly ingredients 4. The slight white cast gives a subtle brightening effect (though I'm naturally fair-skinned, so it might be more noticeable on others)
ConsI dislike dryness, so I usually finish my skincare routine with Physiogel mixed with rosehip oil before makeup. This sunscreen doesn't apply as thinly as I'm used to, so when I tried my usual routine - skincare, sunscreen, then makeup - everything pilled and separated. I had to remove it all and start over. However, when I simplified my routine by skipping the oil and reducing the amount of cream, applying this sunscreen at the moisturizer step worked much better - it absorbed well and lasted longer. It's a bit disappointing that I have to adjust my routine for this sunscreen. Also, I checked the price on the Hwahae app, and it seems a bit expensive for what it offers.
TipKeep your skincare routine simple and apply this like a moisturizer! Since it's on the thicker side, try patting it in with a puff instead of your hands for better absorption.

I closely observed how much it affects that base, and compared to when I didn't use it, I definitely felt like my makeup started to separate a bit faster! However, it didn't happen too quickly - it was about four hours after applying makeup when I noticed it, which is fairly reasonable
ConsOverall, it applies smoothly without causing makeup to pill, and it's generally decent! However, the downside is that after some time, my face kept feeling itchy. It didn't cause my skin to react badly, but after applying it and washing my face in the evening, my skin was itchy and slightly reddened. Those with sensitive skin might need to be a bit careful with this one
TipEven though it's soft, moisturizing, and doesn't leave a white cast, don't apply it liberally like you would a cream, or your makeup will melt off quickly. Apply a moderate amount and gently pat it in with care

I usually apply sunscreen by dabbing it on different parts of my face and then blending it in. I was pleased with how smoothly this sunscreen applied! I typically use a hydrating, quick-absorbing type, so I felt a slight film on my skin. However, I think this sensation was due to the change in texture from what I'm used to, not because there's anything wrong with the product itself. I'm not a fan of white cast, but this product gives a subtle brightening effect - just a touch! It wasn't noticeable enough to bother me, but those who dislike any brightening effect should keep this in mind. I previously tried Missha's pink sunblock on recommendation, but had to stop using it due to severe eye irritation and it felt too oily for me. Thankfully, this product doesn't irritate my eyes at all!
ConsI usually prefer sunscreens with a moisturizing, fast-absorbing texture like toners, or sun gels. When I use products with high oil content, my skin gets very greasy and my makeup breaks down quickly. While this product might work well during times when I have a lot of dead skin cells, I found it a bit too rich for my liking, which was disappointing.

I started using the Aippo Daily Sunscreen the day after it arrived. My biggest concern was whether it would leave a greasy finish or cause a white cast, but I was pleasantly surprised. It applies as smoothly as a moisturizer and even gives a brightening effect to my complexion. After observing its performance over time, I noticed it absorbs well into the skin without any oiliness. My skin feels hydrated to the touch, and it works great under makeup. I'm definitely considering purchasing it in the future.
ConsAfter a week of use, I haven't found any major downsides. While it applies nicely, I was a bit disappointed that the brightening effect doesn't last as long as I'd hoped.
TipIt's great how you can squeeze it out like a moisturizer and pat it in. It absorbs well into the skin.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.Pros(As a review from The Hwahae Testers, the exact usage period was ten days) First off, the advantage is that it applies smoothly, probably due to its hydrating feel. After application, there's no stickiness or shine. It also has a slight white cast (not excessive) that brightens the skin. It seems to work as a makeup base before foundation. As long as you don't overdo the amount, it doesn't cause pilling and allows for smooth makeup application, which I appreciated. In my case, I didn't experience any blemishes.
ConsWhen using this sunscreen, there's about a 1/3 chance that the oil layer separates. (I'm not sure if it's clearly visible, but I've attached a photo.) Also, if you don't apply it quickly, it tends to pill and clump slightly. After makeup, I noticed that my face became oily faster than usual. Those with oily skin might want to consider this before use.
TipRather than simply applying, it seems to absorb better and prevent makeup pilling if you gently pat it into the skin.

Since it's for a review, I'll be completely honest. The absorbs is fantastic - it feels like an emulsion and absorbs well quickly. It's great for those with oily foreheads or combination dehydrated skin. Yet, it's not drying at all, so even my sister with dry skin loved it. There's hardly any white cast, so I even used it with my father. It contains Arctic glacier water and no harmful ingredients, so I used it with peace of mind. After using it for a week, I didn't experience any blemishes, and the scent wasn't bothersome at all. My sister, who's currently undergoing dermatological treatment and has super sensitive skin, was using a baby sunscreen. She found this one much better than that.
ConsThe price is a bit disappointing for me. It's quite expensive, so repurchasing might be difficult. However, the quantity is generous, so it will last a long time. Since there's barely any white cast, it's not ideal for use as a brightening moisturizer for going out.
TipAfter my skincare routine, I applied this sunscreen before starting my makeup. I loved how it absorbs well and seemed to create a clean base for my complexion.

There's hardly any white cast, and it applies moisturizing. It's somewhat similar to the Dr. Jart sunscreen with the red lettering. While I haven't tried many sunscreens, as someone with oily skin who absolutely hates greasiness, this ranks among the top non-greasy ones I've used. Above all, while I don't usually pay much attention to ingredients in sunscreens since they're necessary for UV protection, I appreciate that this one is free from chemical preservatives.
ConsI'm not sure if I should say it pills or sits on top of the skin, but it kind of rises up like white powder later on. And the price... At 42,000 won, it doesn't provide enough satisfaction to justify the cost. With such a high price tag, it feels like even the tiniest flaw is unacceptable. After using it for another month, I have to update my review. It pills and sits on the skin so much that I can't use it. I thought it might be incompatible with my skincare routine, so I tried applying it on bare skin, but it still sits on top.

It applies smoothly like a real moisturizer, with great absorption. While I mentioned the excess richness as a downside below, I'm pleased that despite its high oil content, it doesn't cause any blemishes!
ConsIt's really too rich... Now that summer's here, I think this might be better suited for winter use. Also, something seems off because occasionally when I squeeze it out, the product separates and oil comes out first, which makes me a bit uneasy.
TipI apply it in a thin layer...
