I'm on the hunt for a more hydrating sunscreen since my face gets super dry even in summer. 1. No white cast! 2. Keeps skin moisturized all day. However, this is exclusively for dry skin types. 3. It remains slightly sticky even after waiting for it to absorb, making it suitable as a makeup base.
Cons1. It has a significant oily feel and leaves a shiny finish that runs down the face. Those with oily skin should absolutely avoid this. 2. Due to its stickiness, it's challenging to use alone. Recommended for those who apply it under foundation. 3. Washes off easily with water. Even when showering, it feels like it completely disappears after rinsing a few times with just water.
TipWhen it comes to sunscreen, investing in a pricier product that you love and can use daily is actually the shortcut to saving money!

This sunscreen, however, has a nice thick texture without being greasy, which I love! It absorbs quickly into the skin, so I think it would be great for those with oily skin. Often, non-greasy sunscreens aren't moisturizing, but this one leaves my skin feeling hydrated deep down. The scent is also pleasant - not too strong, just a subtle fruity fragrance that's not overwhelming. As the weather gets warmer and our faces tend to get oilier and harder to manage, this sunscreen seems perfect. It has just the right SPF for daily use and isn't greasy, making it ideal for the upcoming season!
ConsWhile it's moisturizing and not greasy, it can be a bit difficult to apply. It feels somewhat stiff, and despite claims of no stickiness, there is a slight tacky feeling. This stickiness does disappear after a while as it fully absorbs, but if you're in a hurry, you might have to deal with that initial sticky feeling. Also, while it is hydrating, those with dry skin might find it a bit lacking in moisture.

I was a bit worried about using this product suddenly without testing it first, but I'm really happy with how hydrating it is! In my opinion, the level of moisture feels somewhere between an emulsion and a cream.
ConsWhen I apply makeup with a cushion foundation after putting on this sunscreen, the sunscreen tends to come off on the cushion puff, looking like dead skin cells. I'm not sure if this description makes sense, but it's the best way I can explain it since I've never experienced this before. It seems like you need to allow enough time between applying sunscreen and doing your base makeup. Also, while the product claims to be non-sticky, it's not entirely true. There is a slight stickiness, which was a bit disappointing since the product description stated otherwise.
TipI personally dislike when my hands get sticky while applying sunscreen, so I use a puff to apply it. It spreads evenly, blends well, and doesn't get on my hands, which I love! I recommend using a puff that's not too porous and has a firm texture. Puffs that are too soft don't seem to provide good adherence. I recommend the Skinfood wedge puff or the dampened water drop puff from Daiso.

As a hybrid, it combines the tone-up effect of mineral sunscreens with the moisturizing feel of chemical ones. The texture is lighter and more hydrating than typical mineral sunscreens, feeling like you're applying a cream. The ingredients, despite being a hybrid, seem pretty good too!
ConsHowever, due to the mineral components, applying the recommended amount can lead to pilling and a white cast. The white cast does subside a bit over time though. There's also a slight stickiness and oily feel characteristic of mineral sunscreens, which might make it challenging to use in sweaty summer weather. The price point might be a bit high for students to use regularly.
TipI recommend applying it in multiple thin layers rather than all at once. Using a wedge sponge to pat it in for better absorption is also a great tip!

My skin type is combination dehydrated skin. Although I know the importance of applying sunscreen diligently, I had previously avoided it due to blemishes from other products. When choosing sunscreen, I prioritize ingredients, absorption, oil content, and a non-sticky, fresh feel. The AIPO Daily Sun Cream I received has decent ingredients and applies smoothly like an emulsion. There was minimal white cast, which didn't bother me. The color is a light ivory close to white, and the scent is pleasantly mild. Most importantly, I didn't experience any blemishes during use, which was a relief for my skin type.
ConsHowever, while it applies smoothly, absorption is slow. On the first day, I tested it on the back of my hand and noticed an excessive shine, indicating too much oil. Initially, I thought it might improve, but it didn't absorb well, leaving a greasy film on the skin instead of a fresh feel. When applying makeup, it caused more pilling and separation than before using this product. As someone with combination oily skin, my makeup usually starts to separate after 4-5 hours, but with this product, it became excessively oily, causing my makeup to break down and disappear quickly. If you have combination oily skin prone to blemishes, you might want to consider these points. Although I haven't experienced breakouts yet, the poor makeup performance makes me hesitant to continue use or repurchase. The product's suitability seems highly dependent on skin type.
TipUnfortunately, I didn't take facial photos during use. The image shows the back-of-hand test from the first day.
