Pros
My life's cleanser!!! I've been using it for several bottles now and always keep it in stock. It's so much better than the cleansers that are praised as good! The cosmetics stuck in the wrinkles all disappear with just one wash. (What's double cleansing? Is it something to eat?) When I use the toner to finish up, no cosmetics come off. And it's not irritating and feels relatively less drying.
Cons
I don't know anything about trouble care. But it's still good. First-time users may have a hard time getting used to the lack of lather and the slippery texture, and the lingering slippery feeling even after rinsing with water, but if you keep using it, this will feel normal, and you'll think that regular cleansers are way too squeaky-clean!
Tip

It wasn't bad, and it was sensitive acne, but after washing, it stings.
Cons

Pros
As I have combination skin, my cheeks would always feel tight after cleansing, but this product has almost eliminated that tightness, which I really liked. Especially in the winter, my face would feel tight even before my skin was completely dry after cleansing, but that issue has significantly improved with this product. I started using it because of my acne, and while it hasn't completely cleared my acne (I'm still using the toner from the same line), at least it hasn't made it worse, so I've continued using it.
Cons
Since it's a gel type, it doesn't produce a very rich lather. So if you prefer creamy cleansing foams, you might find it difficult to adjust to this product at first.
