  It's great that you can buy a mini size before committing to the full-size product, which makes it less of a financial burden

  Cons

  I didn't like the smell from the start, and it made my skin turn red. While it does leave the skin feeling squeaky clean, I probably won't purchase the full-size version

  Pros

  This gel-type cleanser is perfect for acne-prone skin. I absolutely dislike cleansers that require lathering, regardless of their formula (like the Skin Balancing Cleanser, for example). With this product, you just squeeze it out and massage it directly onto your face - it foams up on its own. It didn't cause additional blemishes, and true to its low pH nature, it doesn't leave your skin feeling overly dry.

  Cons

  The scent can occasionally make your nose tingle. Based on the fragrance alone, you might think it's incredibly strong... but in reality, it's not like that at all.

  Tip

  Paula's Choice official website often has rotating discounts on different product categories. It's a good idea to stock up when they offer discounts on cleansers or the Clear line.

  I've been using this product for 3 years, and it's been my go-to for a two-step cleansing routine. First, I remove my makeup with it, then I do a gentle second cleanse, and I'm done! It removes everything so effectively, and there's absolutely no tightness after use, which means it's not irritating to the skin. Being fragrance-free and colorant-free, with minimal foam, I've used it with complete peace of mind. I really loved this product... *sigh*

  Cons

  I was shocked when I checked the ingredients list after buying this. I thought it would be fine since it's fragrance-free and colorant-free, but... what a surprise! While it might be good for now, I'll have to stop using it for the sake of my skin's future. I guess I'll switch to a skin-balancing cleanser with fewer harmful ingredients... *sigh*

  Tip

  You don't need to remove your makeup separately if you do a double cleanse with this!
