Even though it contains BHA, it didn't feel irritating at all, so I was able to use it daily without any issues. When my skin was sensitive, there was a slight stinging sensation, so it's better for people with sensitive skin to use it with breaks in between. Among the mild cleansing products I've tried, this cleansing gel left the least drying feeling after washing. The scent is close to unscented.
Cons

This was the first cleanser I ever used, and it wasn't too watery. I would mix it with a bit of water and cleanse my face, and the cleansing power was fine. My life's cleanser!!! I've been using it for several bottles now and always keep it in stock. It's so much better than the cleansers that are praised as good! The cosmetics stuck in the wrinkles all disappear with just one wash. (What's double cleansing? Is it something to eat?) When I use the toner to finish up, no cosmetics come off. And it's not irritating and feels relatively less drying.
Cons
I don't know anything about trouble care. But it's still good. First-time users may have a hard time getting used to the lack of lather and the slippery texture, and the lingering slippery feeling even after rinsing with water, but if you keep using it, this will feel normal, and you'll think that regular cleansers are way too squeaky-clean!
