Pros
It's been 3 days since I started using it, and I've noticed the blemishes I had are starting to calm down. The salicylic acid makes it good for daily use, and I think it will be helpful for managing small bumps.

The trouble care function is excellent. Just washing with this for 2-3 days can calm down most troubles.

As you all know, salicylic acid is one of the best ingredients for treating acne, and this product's identity as a mild salicylic acid cleanser is its key feature. The exfoliating effect of salicylic acid helps prevent clogged pores, while the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties aid in acne improvement. For an oily skin type, this mildly acidic cleanser provides adequate cleansing without being too drying. True to its low pH formulation, it is hydrating and less irritating. I've found that it doesn't sting even when my skin is sensitive. The Pyunkang Yul Skin Balancing line seems to be the most popular, with the Skin Balancing tending to focus more on controlling excess oil, while the Clear version is more geared towards pore cleansing. Choose the one that best suits your skin concerns! As an acne-prone skin cleanser, I personally find the Clear version a bit more appealing than the Skin Balancing.

I have a problematic oily skin, and when I use cream cleansers or cleansing balms that seem to have an oily texture, I get breakouts regardless of the quality of the cleanser. While I haven't used the Clear Cleanser for a long time (a few years), I can confidently say that it performs well as a cleanser. It is effective in addressing my breakouts, making it suitable for my acne-prone oily skin. The frequency of my breakouts has decreased, but I still do get some breakouts occasionally. (As it is not a medicinal product, I don't have high expectations.) However, the formulation is good, it is slightly acidic, and it is a gel-type, so there is no oily residue. I have used other Pola Choice cleansers that were recommended for breakouts, but they were more expensive and had a creamy texture, which made my skin feel a bit greasy. But this cleanser doesn't make my skin feel greasy or dry, and the best part is that it leaves my skin comfortably moisturized without drying it out. Additionally, it doesn't irritate my skin at all, so I can use it daily without any issues. In summary, this is the best Pola Choice cleanser I have used so far.

There's really nothing else wrong, except that the lather doesn't form very well! However, I don't really care much about the lather, so it's not a big disappointment for me, but I know there are people who prefer a rich lather, so I'm including that. Lastly, the cleansing power seems average to me. But I actually prefer cleansers that aren't too strong. Because cleansers with strong cleansing power often tend to be irritating. Sunscreen can be removed with just one application, and makeup can be removed with just two applications. In my opinion, the cleansing power is fine and not really an issue, but I know some people these days prefer stronger cleansing power, so I'm mentioning that. The cleansing power of this product isn't strong enough to remove all the residue deep in the pores, but in my personal opinion, while it's important to thoroughly remove makeup, I'm not sure if it's necessary to completely remove every last bit of residue, even if it means causing irritation. It might even make the skin worse due to the irritation. ++Update: I deducted 2 stars because there was an ingredient in this product that didn't agree with my skin, and it caused skin irritation. I didn't realize it was due to this product since I didn't have any issues for a while, but once I switched to a gentler cleanser, the irritation went away.

It's true that the cleanser contains babassu, but since it's a cleansing product and a rinse-off cleansing foam, the babassu is also washed off.
