It feels great, very moisturizing and my acne has reduced. Good product.

The oil control doesn't seem to work well, so I need to do extra oil-blotting.

Don't apply too much pressure and don't lather it up in your hands, just gently massage it directly onto your face and it will cleanse well!

Pros
If it's a cleanser for trouble, you might think it would contain tea tree ingredients or some kind of irritating antibacterial ingredient, but surprisingly, the Polaris Choice Trouble Line Cleanser comes out as a very mild gel type. It minimizes irritation and removes unnecessary waste. There is a light lather and the finish feels slightly moisturizing.
Cons
It has been renewed and the main active ingredient is BHA, but I'm not sure how effective it will be on the skin since it rinses off with water.
Tip
If a trouble-targeting cleanser contains irritating menthol, eucalyptus, or similar ingredients, it's best to avoid it. A gentler, slightly acidic cleanser would be more effective.

There is no dryness after cleansing. The most important thing is that I don't get any pimples!! The cleansing power is better than expected👍🏻 *It's a product I've been using consistently for 2 years* I'm not sure if it's a holy grail product (since I've been using it for a long time.. haha) but it's a cleanser I can't do without! I also find that it removes my double-wear makeup well, so I just do a second cleanse with this. Since I have acne-prone skin... when I use other products like oils, creams, or waters, I tend to get more pimples instead.
Cons
The price! In fact, since I use this for my second cleanse morning and night, a bottle lasts me about a month. I may not be controlling the amount well, but I wish it was just a little bit cheaper... though that's probably impossible... It has good cleansing power, but it doesn't have a deep cleansing effect.
