Pros
The waterproof mascara and eyeliner come off cleanly, and while it may vary from person to person, they don't sting the eyes either. It also does a great job of removing blackheads and sebum, and the finish is gentle and moisturizing. This is a life-changing cleansing balm.

My husband got bike grease on his new pants. Even after running them through the washing machine, the stain wouldn't come out. I thought that since grease can be removed with grease, I'd try using a cleansing balm to get it out. First, scoop out an appropriate amount while the laundry is still dry and spread it evenly. For hygiene reasons, it's recommended to use a spatula instead of your hands. Next, gently scrub the grease stain with a toothbrush. Lastly, give it a light rinse with water and the stain will disappear cleanly! Finish by running it through the washing machine. If you're dealing with grease stains or spots, I recommend trying this method. You don't necessarily need the Pharmacy brand, any cleansing balm should work.

Pros
I've been using it for years, and the makeup is completely removed without any irritation, and it's so moisturizing after cleansing, and the scent is just wonderful. I can't use any other cleansers anymore.
Cons
Except for the price, it has zero downsides!! I'll be using this forever.

Pros
After cleansing, it's not drying and feels quite moisturizing~ You can cleanse it carefully like a massage, which seems good to do when you have time. These days, I just slather on sunscreen, but the cleansing seems to work well. In my case, I don't have any special troubles, so I've tried using various cleansing products with fewer risky ingredients. The balm type is especially nice to use in the winter.
Cons
I bought it because they said the ingredients were good, but there are 3 risky ingredients ㅜㅜ I should have checked beforehand... I bought it at a better price than home shopping^^;;

Pros
The fragrance was very nice. It had a refreshing scent. For someone like me who is lazy, the fact that the cosmetics are easily removed in one go was great. The finish was also fresh and moisturizing, so I didn't need to double cleanse. I would consider purchasing it again.
Cons
The product is a bit expensive considering the volume. I used 50ml, but the spoon couldn't fit inside, so I had to use it on top of the lid.
Tip
Scoop out the product and melt it with your fingers, then massage it onto your face for 1 minute. Wet your hands with water and massage your face for another 30 seconds. The product should turn white. You should rinse with clear water for a more thorough cleansing. Finally, wipe your face and you're done!

Pros
The skin on my hands and face becomes completely dry in the fall and winter, so after cleansing, it gets extremely dry. But this is a night-type product, so it doesn't leave my skin dry and it's not irritating.
Cons
I sometimes wonder if it's really cleansing properly, so when I have heavy makeup on, I tend to cleanse my face one more time.
Tip
I also do a facial massage while rolling the product on my face.

The best part was that it is in a solid cream form that is scooped out, so it cleanses the skin gently without irritation. [During Use] When using it, I felt good because of the soft texture and subtle fragrance. It was a unique experience to scoop out the balm-like texture and rub it into the skin, as it transforms into a soft formula. [After Use] After cleansing, the face feels moisturized without any tightness. My skin felt smooth and soft, which I really liked. I was able to use it with confidence as it contains natural ingredients. Especially for me, who suffers from severe dryness, the cleansing power that washes away everything in one go and the lack of tightness after cleansing were very appealing. The Kiss Me mascara doesn't come off easily, so I used oil, but I really disliked the slippery feeling after using the oil. This, however, washes off well and leaves my skin feeling moist and smooth without any stickiness! 1. The ingredients are the best, and the cleansing power is the best (later I found out it even cleanses fine dust). After reading the reviews, I saw that some people on Hwahae were worried about the ingredient labeling, but since there are no fully natural ingredients in cosmetics, the alternative ingredients used here don't seem to be a major issue. 2. When searching for the product, I found that it's already famous among celebrities. The high price is not for nothing.

The only thing I'm not sure about is that the price is a bit high? Apart from that, I don't know much. I've been using big brand cosmetics for almost 25 years, and the only downside is that I can't use other products after using this one...

I used to use cotton pads soaked in cleansing water, but they caused redness, so I tried this product. It's dry and I bought it based on a recommendation, but it's great because it's moisturizing after cleansing and there's no irritation when massaging during cleansing.
