Pros
I've been using this product for 5 years. It removes makeup well and helps with blackheads. My skin barrier is weak, but I can cleanse thoroughly without irritation by double-cleansing with this makeup remover and a pharmacy foam cleanser.
Cons

Although it's a famous product, I was hesitant about the high price, but I ended up buying it when I saw it on a home shopping channel. The product has a green-tinted balm texture, and even when using it in the winter, it melted easily with the warmth of my hands, making it easy to apply. It also effectively removed makeup like mascara and eyeshadow in one go. While rolling it on, I could feel small granules, which seemed to provide exfoliating and sebum-removing effects. Although not visible to the eye, I could feel the granules on my fingertips, which made me keep massaging the area. Finally, the emulsification step is essential, and after completing that and rinsing off any residue with water, the cleansing was complete, but my skin still felt moisturized. A teaspoon-sized amount was usually sufficient, so the jar lasted quite a long time.

I knew the product didn't contain oil, but strangely, the lather didn't form well during the second cleansing step. Even though I wear heavy makeup and mascara, I like that it all wipes off easily. Despite that, it still gives a gentle feeling.
Cons
Even after wiping it off, the shimmer remains, and if I roll it and then wipe it with water, my eyes can become hazy, which may put strain on my eyes.

This is my holy grail product! I've never experienced anything as refreshing, easily removable, and non-irritating as this before. This oil balm has become my new favorite. When traveling, I don't need a separate lip and eye makeup remover - this one does it all. It doesn't drip or run like regular oils, so it's very convenient to use. It doesn't cause any breakouts or irritation, and it suits my skin perfectly. Most importantly, the fragrance, texture, and color are all just right without being bothersome at all!
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about it! The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but since it lasts a long time, it's worth it...
