Pros
The waterproof mascara and eyeliner come off cleanly, and while it may vary from person to person, they don't sting the eyes either. It also does a great job of removing blackheads and sebum, and the finish is gentle and moisturizing. This is a life-changing cleansing balm.

My husband got bike grease on his new pants. Even after running them through the washing machine, the stain wouldn't come out. I thought that since grease can be removed with grease, I'd try using a cleansing balm to get it out. First, scoop out an appropriate amount while the laundry is still dry and spread it evenly. For hygiene reasons, it's recommended to use a spatula instead of your hands. Next, gently scrub the grease stain with a toothbrush. Lastly, give it a light rinse with water and the stain will disappear cleanly! Finish by running it through the washing machine. If you're dealing with grease stains or spots, I recommend trying this method. You don't necessarily need the Pharmacy brand, any cleansing balm should work.

Pros
I was able to use it with confidence as it contains natural ingredients. Especially for me, who suffers from severe dryness, the cleansing power that washes away everything in one go and the lack of tightness after cleansing were very appealing. The Kiss Me mascara doesn't come off easily, so I used oil, but I really disliked the slippery feeling after using the oil. This, however, washes off well and leaves my skin feeling moist and smooth without any stickiness! 1. The ingredients are the best, and the cleansing power is the best (later I found out it even cleanses fine dust). After reading the reviews, I saw that some people on Hwahae were worried about the ingredient labeling, but since there are no fully natural ingredients in cosmetics, the alternative ingredients used here don't seem to be a major issue. 2. When searching for the product, I found that it's already famous among celebrities. The high price is not for nothing.
Cons
The only thing I'm not sure about is that the price is a bit high? Apart from that, I don't know much. I've been using big brand cosmetics for almost 25 years, and the only downside is that I can't use other products after using this one...

Pros
Even though my T-zone has sensitive skin that can't really use anything, I've never had any major breakouts after using this! I'm not sure what the scent is, but it's not bad, and the cleansing power is really good! Mascara and lipstick all come off well, so I'm using it with satisfaction:)
Cons
The price is the most disappointing part. But if you look around the website, there are places that offer a lot of freebies, so you might want to check that out! And since it's a cleansing balm, opening and closing the lid and scooping it out with a spatula is a bit of a hassle ㅠㅠ

This is already my 4th purchase. With just this one product, I can perfectly cleanse my full makeup. To be honest, using a separate lip and eye makeup remover means I have to buy cotton pads every time and dispose of them, which can be a bit of a hassle. But this removes even the most elaborate eye makeup thoroughly without any irritation - it's really gentle.
Cons
The only downside is that I've been using this for 2 years, back when it wasn't available in Korea. I used to buy it every time I went abroad... Now that Sephora has opened in Korea this year, I can buy it directly, which is great, but the price is something I can't ignore. I remember it was around $30-35 at the Sephora overseas, but the retail price in Korea is around 44,000 won. But it's worth the higher price because it's so good.

I initially received a sample and started using it by chance, but I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing the full-size product! 1. Cleansing Power I usually have a hard time removing eye makeup, especially mascara!! Even after cleansing, there would sometimes be residual mascara left behind. But this product completely removes all of my eye makeup. 2. Non-irritating When removing eye makeup by rubbing my eyes, I never experience any stinging or irritation. It also doesn't feel as foreign when it gets in my eyes, and a simple rinse with water is enough to wash it all off - it feels very gentle. 3. Whitehead Management I had some whiteheads on my nose, and after thoroughly massaging and rinsing, they were effectively cleansed away.
Cons
The only potential downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side.
Tip
Sometimes they provide sample sizes, which is great for taking with you on trips or quick outings.

Pros
1. Gentle (doesn't irritate the eyes) 2. Cleansing power (no need for makeup remover) The Kiss Me and Peripera mascaras can be thoroughly removed just by using cleansing oil at night, so you don't need a separate eye makeup remover. I used to use the TBS oil, but I switched to this and it's worked out great. Because it's an oil-based product, you can keep rubbing it to remove the mascara, and it doesn't sting the eyes at all - it all comes off cleanly. And it seems like most of the whiteheads have disappeared!! (I bought it during the year-end music show purchase event, and it ended up becoming a staple, so I've used up two bottles...)
Cons
The biggest downside is the price... and the price again. It's not the best value for money, but I have to keep buying it again once I run out. 😭
Tip
Just scoop up a small spoonful(?) of the included spatula and apply it evenly all over your face, then gently rub it in with a bit of water. This helps remove the whiteheads as well!

I was already aware that it was famous, but after the enthusiastic recommendation of the Sephora staff, I tried it out and it's really great! ㅋㅋ It rolls on smoothly and evenly, with a soft and thin texture. It effectively removes sebum particles and blackheads...!! Even very intense and waterproof makeup comes off incredibly smoothly. The super-pigmented tattoo tints were almost completely removed with this as well ㅋㅋ. I purposely tried removing tattoo tints and eye makeup with it, and it cleared away the eyeliner, mascara, and even the shimmer without leaving a trace. The waterproof mascara was also completely removed!! After removing everything, there was no residual staining around my eyes either ㅎㅎ It's completely clean ㅋㅋㅋ. Strong color makeup is also cleaned off thoroughly in one go ㅎㅎ. By emulsifying and rinsing with water, it leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft!! It really cleanses deeply and thoroughly 😍. It not only cleans the makeup, but also the sebum deep within the skin, making my complexion look bright and transparent..!!! My skin looks radiant and clear, without feeling dry or tight at all. The scent is also nice~ a comforting, natural fragrance? ㅋㅋ. And using the spatula to gently scrape it out is convenient and nice!! It's a small thing, but the clean packaging design is also great, so I love keeping it in the bathroom and using it 👍.

The double cleansing method is less irritating to the skin, and even with just one cleansing, waterproof products and makeup residue are completely removed. This is great! Especially for waterproof mascara, I was always worried about residue remaining under the eyes even after thorough cleansing with the dedicated product. But this product leaves no residue at all! Another major advantage is that there is less tightness after cleansing.
Cons
Sometimes the cleansing balm gets into my eyes, which is uncomfortable... I don't know if I'm using it incorrectly, but after massaging and rinsing with water, my eyes become hazy. Pros
First, I really liked that this cleansing balm effectively removed my makeup. I used to use cleansing water, but that would sometimes irritate my skin.
