My eyes felt slightly irritated and a bit dry. It's also quite expensive, so I thought there are many other good and affordable cleansing balms out there, so do I really need this one?

It's soft and nice.

The product has a green-tinted balm texture, and even when using it in the winter, it melted easily with the warmth of my hands, making it easy to apply. It also effectively removed makeup like mascara and eyeshadow in one go.
While rolling it on, I could feel small granules, which seemed to provide exfoliating and sebum-removing effects.
Although not visible to the eye, I could feel the granules on my fingertips, which made me keep massaging the area.
Finally, the emulsification step is essential, and after completing that and rinsing off any residue with water, the cleansing was complete, but my skin still felt moisturized.
A teaspoon-sized amount was usually sufficient, so the jar lasted quite a long time.

My husband got bike grease on his new pants. Even after running them through the washing machine, the stain wouldn't come out. I thought that since grease can be removed with grease, I'd try using a cleansing balm to get it out.

First, scoop out an appropriate amount while the laundry is still dry and spread it evenly. For hygiene reasons, it's recommended to use a spatula instead of your hands. 
Next, gently scrub the grease stain with a toothbrush.
Lastly, give it a light rinse with water and the stain will disappear cleanly! Finish by running it through the washing machine.
If you're dealing with grease stains or spots, I recommend trying this method. You don't necessarily need the Pharmacy brand, any cleansing balm should work.

The waterproof mascara and eyeliner come off cleanly, and while it may vary from person to person, they don't sting the eyes either. It also does a great job of removing blackheads and sebum, and the finish is gentle and moisturizing. This is a life-changing cleansing balm.

Being a night type, it's really convenient to remove makeup all at once.

Cleansing Effect: It removes all eyeliners, mascaras, and well-adhering glitters, etc. The cleansing effect was too good.

I have sensitive skin and tend to have breakouts, and I felt this product wasn't effective in soothing my skin troubles. Instead, the effect of the acne care I was doing previously seemed to decrease. When I switched back to my usual cleansing oil and continued my acne care, the breakouts came back quickly. I guess this product just doesn't suit my sensitive skin...
I know this product is sold at Sephora, so it's not easy to purchase outside of online shopping. But it doesn't seem outstanding enough for me to go through the trouble of ordering it online..it's just an average product.

This product has a nice fragrance. It has a greenish Vaseline-like feel with a lemon scent. It comes with a spatula and a lid to keep the spatula in place, so it can be used hygienically. It's also a large size, so it will last a long time.
I usually use cleansing oils, but this time I switched to a cleansing balm and tried this product for the first time. I was surprised that it has cleansing power comparable to the deep cleansing oil I used before.
After using this product, my skin felt less tight, and it seemed to balance the oil and moisture well. With its good cleansing power and moisturizing properties, I think it would be a good option for dry skin types to use without any discomfort.
