Pros
The cleansing power is great! I mainly do eye makeup, and it removed it really well without a makeup remover. There was also no irritation or stinging in my eyes during cleansing. There is a slightly oily or hazy feeling after cleansing, but it goes away over time!

Ugh... I've been using this product exclusively for cleansing since January 25th, but starting from the second day, small blisters started appearing. By the third day (January 27th), the small blisters had covered my entire face. I stopped using the product after 3 days of use. There's no heat or stinging sensation, just these small blisters that have been troubling me... I've been applying aloe vera like crazy. On January 29th, I went to the dermatologist and got a prescription for an antihistamine medication and an ibuprofen-based ointment (no steroids). Today (30th), the blisters have subsided a bit, but small blisters are still visible, and my skin has become quite rough. With the medication and care, it should gradually improve. 😭 If you think something is off with a skincare product, don't hesitate and go see a dermatologist right away, everyone...

Pros
Even though it was said that you have to wipe it off several times after eye makeup, there were always some residues left behind which was quite uncomfortable. But this product can be cleansed thoroughly with just one wipe, which is really great. The citrus scent is subtle and just perfect for my taste. There was no tightness after cleansing, which was nice. The solid format is quite interesting.
Cons
While the oil-based formula doesn't leave any tightness after cleansing, there is still a somewhat slippery feeling left behind, so I have to do an additional cleanse with a foam. I first used it as an overnight treatment with just the Farmacy Green Clean Balm, but the next day I had some breakouts, which was quite surprising. The price is a bit on the higher side, so I'm hesitant about repurchasing.

Pros
There's nothing, really nothing. Horrible. The skin is completely messed up. It doesn't dissolve well and the fragrance is not great either. The finish is not that good.
Cons
Used it once and the skin was completely messed up. Surely, surely, could this be the reason? Tried it once and crossed the point of no return.

It removes makeup so gently without any irritation! The scent was also not unpleasant.
Cons
At first, I liked how it removed my makeup so softly... But the next morning, I woke up with redness and breakouts all over. Then I went back to using my regular cleansing oil, and tried this one again a few days later, but had the same reaction. I guess skincare products really need to match your own skin type. This one just doesn't work for me... what a shame.

Pros
I was curious and bought this product since it's also sold at Sephora. The feeling of the carefully packaged product was good. The texture is similar to the Clinique cleansing balm. When you apply it to your face and rub, unlike a regular cleansing balm, it has a soft and silky feel, as if you've mixed in a primer and cleansing oil. Even though it's silky, it melts softly, and it has a citrus-like scent.

*Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review* I always used only foam cleansers to remove my makeup, so this time I tried a cleansing balm for the first time~!! First of all, the spreadability was so good!!! When I first opened it, I thought it would be hard like soap, but when I scooped some and applied it, it spread so smoothly and softly!!! And since the texture is more like a cream? than a foam, I was able to clean more thoroughly around my nose, hairline, and eyelids (I couldn't rub hard with my palms because I had eyelash extensions, ㅠㅠ). The second good thing was after cleansing!
