My eyes felt slightly irritated and a bit dry. It's also quite expensive, so I thought there are many other good and affordable cleansing balms out there, so do I really need this one?

It's soft and nice.
The initial feeling is slightly scratchy, but as soon as it's applied to the face, it becomes wonderfully oily and smooth. When massaging, the cleansing is done very well without any irritation. This is my first time trying a balm-type cleansing product, and I'm really liking it.

The product has a green-tinted balm texture, and even when using it in the winter, it melted easily with the warmth of my hands, making it easy to apply. It also effectively removed makeup like mascara and eyeshadow in one go.
While rolling it on, I could feel small granules, which seemed to provide exfoliating and sebum-removing effects.
Although not visible to the eye, I could feel the granules on my fingertips, which made me keep massaging the area.
Finally, the emulsification step is essential, and after completing that and rinsing off any residue with water, the cleansing was complete, but my skin still felt moisturized.
A teaspoon-sized amount was usually sufficient, so the jar lasted quite a long time.

I bought it following a celebrity's recommendation, and the ingredients are gentle and it removed well.

My husband got bike grease on his new pants. Even after running them through the washing machine, the stain wouldn't come out. I thought that since grease can be removed with grease, I'd try using a cleansing balm to get it out.

First, scoop out an appropriate amount while the laundry is still dry and spread it evenly. For hygiene reasons, it's recommended to use a spatula instead of your hands. 
Next, gently scrub the grease stain with a toothbrush.
Lastly, give it a light rinse with water and the stain will disappear cleanly! Finish by running it through the washing machine.
If you're dealing with grease stains or spots, I recommend trying this method. You don't necessarily need the Pharmacy brand, any cleansing balm should work.

The waterproof mascara and eyeliner come off cleanly, and while it may vary from person to person, they don't sting the eyes either. It also does a great job of removing blackheads and sebum, and the finish is gentle and moisturizing. This is a life-changing cleansing balm.

Compared to other more affordable products, it did feel a bit pricey. And now that the brand has withdrawn from the domestic market, it might be even harder to get.

Being a night type, it's really convenient to remove makeup all at once.
And the fragrance is so nice. There aren't many cleansing products with fragrance, and even the ones that do often have a very strong, distinct scent, but this one has a refreshing aroma that makes me feel so relaxed.

The ingredients are a bit disappointing. These days, better ingredients have come out, so I tend to avoid products with even a little bit of concerning ingredients. This product does have a few concerning ingredients. I didn't have any issues, but I recommend testing it out if you have sensitive skin!

Cleansing Effect: It removes all eyeliners, mascaras, and well-adhering glitters, etc. The cleansing effect was too good.
Portability: I bought it for travel, so portability was very, very important, and the cleansing balm is good for portable use. It also comes with a spatula, which is nice.
Overall, the usage experience is good. I like Farmacy products, and Green Clean seems to be a decent cleansing balm to use.

As someone who likes a slightly squeaky clean feeling after washing, the slightly lingering sensation was not quite to my liking.

The product itself is gentle and it removes heavy eye makeup well.
