I've been using this product for over 10 years, and my whole family uses it too. I've heard that this product has mixed reviews, but I'm a big fan of it. I've never had any issues with it - it's gentle, non-irritating, and leaves my skin feeling clean. Some people need to double or triple cleanse, but I only use this product. Before, I used to use separate eye and lip makeup removers and do a water cleansing, but I don't need to do that anymore. Pros
It's gentle yet has good cleansing power. After washing, it doesn't leave my skin too dry. I've been using it for almost 3 years now and I'm very satisfied. I use it instead of soap in the morning and evening.

This is my holy grail product! I really hate the hassle of removing makeup, but with this, I just need to pump it twice onto my dry face, gently rub, and rinse with water - my base makeup, eyeshadow, and brow makeup all come off cleanly. I don't even do a second cleanse and it's perfect, with no breakouts. I'm on my 7th bottle already!
Cons
Maybe because it's slightly acidic, it removes dead skin cells, so after long-term use morning and night, my skin feels irritated... But it's fine if I just use it for makeup removal. It's unscented, but the raw material smell is?? Very faint, kind of like a weak bleach smell. It really stings if it gets in your eyes...
Tip
Using it alternately with a regular cleanser prevents any irritation.

Pros
This cleanser has been emptied many times. I switched from using Pola Choice because it was too expensive, but this one has great cleansing power, so I can do my whole skincare routine with just this. It's great because it's free of surfactants and fragrance.
Cons
When you first use it, you may be surprised that it has no scent and doesn't lather much.

My extremely sensitive and dry skin loves this mucus cleanser so much that I've been using it for 2 years now~ It stings a bit if it gets in my eyes, but I'm glad it didn't involve animal testing...the cleansing power is also great.
Cons
Mucus formula...? And although it's fragrance-free, it has a distinctive scent...? But I get used to it.
Tip
First, rub it on your face without wetting it, then rinse with water and rub it again - no need for a second cleansing.

Pros
This is a complete life essential item. It has a good price, a large volume, and the ingredients are also good. It has such good cleansing power that you don't even need double cleansing. Other foams only clean the surface, but this one washes away all my makeup. I can't do my skincare routine without this product!
Cons
If I had to nitpick, it would be the scent? The fruit scent is quite nice, but the ingredients are better suited for sensitive skin.

Pros
Both the first and second cleansing are possible, and the cleansing power is really good. There is no tightness after cleansing. It's hard to buy because I have to directly import it, but I'm on my 5th bottle. And I will continue to use it going forward.
Cons
There's no scent~.. The hassle of direct import, but you can buy it from iHerb.
Tip
Don't get water on your face, and do the second cleansing by mixing with water after the first cleansing.

If I had to find something, it gets softer after cleansing. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing.
Cons
After using it for about half a day, I developed sporadic cystic acne deep within my skin. I haven't used it for almost 3 weeks now, and it's recovering, and using something else is making it clear up. The scent is also not great. It smells like bleach or disinfectant... The ingredients are gentle, so those who match with it may still be able to use it.
