Pros
I've been using this product for over 5 years. It's my holy grail. It's a gentle, low-pH, sulfate-free, paraben-free cleansing foam, but it still has great cleansing power!! Just add a little water and it lathers up nicely into a rich, creamy foam. And the price is unbeatable - it's a steal!
Cons
There was a lot of talk about humidifier disinfectant ingredients being added, but it seems like that's gone now lol

I cleanse with iHerb apricot seed oil first, and then use this to finish up. The apricot seed oil is amazing for removing blackheads and whiteheads... you can actually see the gunk coming out when you roll it on your skin. Then I lightly press a makeup wipe on my face to absorb excess oil, and thoroughly wipe my palms. I wash my hands with soap and then use this cleansing gel to complete my routine. This combo is the absolute best! The only downside is that the apricot seed oil isn't on Hwahae, but I really want to spread this holy grail tip widely :)

I purchased this product because it is mildly acidic and high-volume. The lather wasn't very dense, but that's common with natural ingredient products. Still, the lather was decent enough. It felt gentle on my skin and I used up several bottles without any notable skin reactions.

The lather wasn't very dense and it felt a bit slippery, so I had to wash my face a few times. But it wasn't overly drying either, compared to other cleansers. I was satisfied overall. However, when I checked the reviews after finishing the product, I realized there were some concerning ingredients that I should have avoided, even in small amounts. It seems the formula has been changed since then, so that issue may no longer exist.

Pros
I've been using it for over 3 years now. It's mildly acidic, so my skin keeps getting better, and it's moisturizing and has excellent cleansing power after washing. I don't wear makeup often, but I always apply sunscreen, and the mineral sunscreen washes off easily. There may be other reasons, but I just recently turned 30, and my skin is aging much slower than my friends'. I'm not sure if it's because I don't wear foundation, always apply sunscreen, or use the mildly acidic cleanser, or a combination of all three. But the one thing I've been doing consistently is using the mildly acidic cleanser. Buying the large size online allows my whole family to use it generously, and it's incredibly affordable. Isn't it one of the most affordable mildly acidic cleansers?
Cons
Having to buy it online...? To be honest, I have no issues with it, so I just keep using it. But apparently, it doesn't work for quite a few people. Looking at the iHerb reviews, some people have experienced serious side effects. Could the mild acidity be the problem?? That's why I should try it out in-store, but buying it online means I might end up wasting money if it doesn't work. My family and I just happened to be lucky that it works well for us.

As long as the humidifier sterilizer ingredients are not excessively used, and the particles are not finely atomized and inhaled into the lungs like a humidifier, I think it's fine. After all, the ingredients were originally deemed safe for consumption, so I didn't bother with detailed testing and just let it pass. Even the wet wipes we commonly use contain these ingredients.

Pros
Many people have said that they feel very dry while using this product, but I didn't find it drying at all. It's great that it's mildly acidic, as other foam cleansers tend to make my face feel tight right after using them.

The product is slightly acidic and the 473ml size is affordable, which I like. I'm not sure if it causes any stinging or irritation when used as a secondary foam cleanser. I have sensitive skin but have been using it well. I checked the product after hearing that it contains a humidifier sterilizer ingredient, and sure enough, it was in there. Wow. So I checked the new product I bought in February this year, and that one no longer has that ingredient. The ingredient composition also seems to have changed a bit. It seems they updated the formula earlier this year. I'll have to switch to the recently purchased one. The one on the Hwahae app seems to be the last year's version.
Cons
The product used to contain the humidifier sterilizer ingredient, but that has been removed in the recent version. Since I have dry skin, this product may not be as moisturizing.

It's nice that it doesn't dry out after washing like a typical mild foaming cleanser. It's a suitable product for morning cleansing as a second cleanse. It's affordable, the amount is generous, and I've been quite satisfied using about 4-5 bottles.
Cons
The only downside is that it needs to be purchased overseas. Otherwise, I don't have any particular issues with it, as I don't have especially sensitive skin, and it's a fairly standard, unremarkable product.

A life cleanser~ The price is affordable and the cleansing power is amazing!!! It removes even heavy makeup without irritation in one go (Of course, you should use a lip and eye remover for your lips and eye makeup... Trying to remove your eyes and lips with just a cleanser is not good for skin health It's mildly acidic, so it's also great as a morning face wash

I was looking for a second cleansing product without irritating ingredients, and found this product on iHerb. The reviews were good, and when I searched for it on Hwahae, I saw that it didn't contain any harsh ingredients, so I purchased it. I'm currently using it for the second time and I'm satisfied with it.

I didn't have any disappointing aspects. The only difference is that the feel is different from regular cleansing foams on the market. When I use a mildly acidic cleansing product, I can tell if the second cleansing was effective or not by the cotton pad when I use toner afterwards. If nothing (like foundation) comes off on the cotton pad, I know the cleansing was effective. This product has a similar feel to a mildly acidic cleansing product. It doesn't have the scrubbing (?) feel of regular cleansing foams, but after using this product as a second cleanse and then using a cotton pad with toner, nothing came off on the pad. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product.

Pros
It's a mild cleanser and a non-soap product, so it's very gentle and good for the skin!!! And the large volume!! The price-to-value ratio is also good! I've been using it for over 5 years!
Cons
The downside is that the product, being a non-soap and mildly acidic, doesn't lather up well. Especially when your hands have a lot of oil or impurities, the lather is practically non-existent! After washing with a hand wash, just gently pat your skin. For makeup removal, it's best to do a 1st cleanse with oil, cream, or lotion, then follow up with this 2nd cleanse.
Tip
On days when I only wear sunscreen (without makeup), I don't do a double cleanse. I just apply it directly to my dry face and massage it in! Then I add a little water and roll it around. That way, it rinses off quite smoothly.
