I've been using this product for over 10 years, and my whole family uses it too. I've heard that this product has mixed reviews, but I'm a big fan of it. I've never had any issues with it - it's gentle, non-irritating, and leaves my skin feeling clean. Some people need to double or triple cleanse, but I only use this product. This is my holy grail product! I really hate the hassle of removing makeup, but with this, I just need to pump it twice onto my dry face, gently rub, and rinse with water - my base makeup, eyeshadow, and brow makeup all come off cleanly. I don't even do a second cleanse and it's perfect, with no breakouts. I'm on my 7th bottle already!
Cons
Maybe because it's slightly acidic, it removes dead skin cells, so after long-term use morning and night, my skin feels irritated... But it's fine if I just use it for makeup removal. It's unscented, but the raw material smell is?? Very faint, kind of like a weak bleach smell. It really stings if it gets in your eyes...

It's quite decent, just really ordinary! Since I have sensitive skin, as long as it doesn't cause any breakouts, I tend to just keep using it consistently. That's what this product is like. It's cheap and the quantity is large.
Cons
