Pros
I've been using 5 or more refill packs of this direct purchase product. The large size allows me to wash my whole head at once. The lather is rich and abundant. I mainly use it as my first cleansing product and morning cleansing product.
Cons
There's nothing particularly disappointing, but I heard it contains humidifier components.

Pros
The product is slightly acidic and the 473ml size is affordable, which I like. I'm not sure if it causes any stinging or irritation when used as a secondary foam cleanser. I have sensitive skin but have been using it well. I checked the product after hearing that it contains a humidifier sterilizer ingredient, and sure enough, it was in there. Wow. So I checked the new product I bought in February this year, and that one no longer has that ingredient. The ingredient composition also seems to have changed a bit. It seems they updated the formula earlier this year. I'll have to switch to the recently purchased one. The one on the Hwahae app seems to be the last year's version.
Cons
The product used to contain the humidifier sterilizer ingredient, but that has been removed in the recent version. Since I have dry skin, this product may not be as moisturizing.

The price is good and it's not burdensome for morning face washing. My whole family has been using more than 10 bottles without running out.

Pros
It's nice that it doesn't dry out after washing like a typical mild foaming cleanser. It's a suitable product for morning cleansing as a second cleanse. It's affordable, the amount is generous, and I've been quite satisfied using about 4-5 bottles.
Cons
The only downside is that it needs to be purchased overseas. Otherwise, I don't have any particular issues with it, as I don't have especially sensitive skin, and it's a fairly standard, unremarkable product.

Pros
I was looking for a second cleansing product without irritating ingredients, and found this product on iHerb. The reviews were good, and when I searched for it on Hwahae, I saw that it didn't contain any harsh ingredients, so I purchased it. I'm currently using it for the second time and I'm satisfied with it.
Cons
I didn't have any disappointing aspects. The only difference is that the feel is different from regular cleansing foams on the market. When I use a mildly acidic cleansing product, I can tell if the second cleansing was effective or not by the cotton pad when I use toner afterwards. If nothing (like foundation) comes off on the cotton pad, I know the cleansing was effective. This product has a similar feel to a mildly acidic cleansing product. It doesn't have the scrubbing (?) feel of regular cleansing foams, but after using this product as a second cleanse and then using a cotton pad with toner, nothing came off on the pad. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product.

The cost-effectiveness and ingredients are excellent. I've been using it for 4 years, and at first, I used it as a primary cleansing product, which led to contact dermatitis. Now I use it as a secondary cleansing step after the cleansing milk, and I'm very satisfied. Those sensitive to mildly acidic products should definitely use it as a secondary cleansing step.
