Pros
I've been using this product for over 5 years. It's my holy grail. It's a gentle, low-pH, sulfate-free, paraben-free cleansing foam, but it still has great cleansing power!! Just add a little water and it lathers up nicely into a rich, creamy foam. And the price is unbeatable - it's a steal!
Cons
There was a lot of talk about humidifier disinfectant ingredients being added, but it seems like that's gone now lol
Tip
I cleanse with iHerb apricot seed oil first, and then use this to finish up. The apricot seed oil is amazing for removing blackheads and whiteheads... you can actually see the gunk coming out when you roll it on your skin. Then I lightly press a makeup wipe on my face to absorb excess oil, and thoroughly wipe my palms. I wash my hands with soap and then use this cleansing gel to complete my routine. This combo is the absolute best! The only downside is that the apricot seed oil isn't on Hwahae, but I really want to spread this holy grail tip widely :)

Pros
I've been using this product for 9 years already. It has the feel of a dermatological cleansing product. Even though I have a somewhat sensitive skin, it is gentle and cleanses well. I couldn't ask for more.
Cons
It doesn't seem to be effective in removing blackheads and whiteheads.

Pros
I've been using it for over 3 years now. It's mildly acidic, so my skin keeps getting better, and it's moisturizing and has excellent cleansing power after washing. I don't wear makeup often, but I always apply sunscreen, and the mineral sunscreen washes off easily. There may be other reasons, but I just recently turned 30, and my skin is aging much slower than my friends'. I'm not sure if it's because I don't wear foundation, always apply sunscreen, or use the mildly acidic cleanser, or a combination of all three. But the one thing I've been doing consistently is using the mildly acidic cleanser. Buying the large size online allows my whole family to use it generously, and it's incredibly affordable. Isn't it one of the most affordable mildly acidic cleansers?

Having to buy it online...? To be honest, I have no issues with it, so I just keep using it. But apparently, it doesn't work for quite a few people. Looking at the iHerb reviews, some people have experienced serious side effects. Could the mild acidity be the problem?? That's why I should try it out in-store, but buying it online means I might end up wasting money if it doesn't work. My family and I just happened to be lucky that it works well for us.
Tip
As long as the humidifier sterilizer ingredients are not excessively used, and the particles are not finely atomized and inhaled into the lungs like a humidifier, I think it's fine. After all, the ingredients were originally deemed safe for consumption, so I didn't bother with detailed testing and just let it pass. Even the wet wipes we commonly use contain these ingredients.

It's great that it's not drying and doesn't cause more acne. The cleansing power is also excellent. Makeup is removed well, and makeup stains on clothes are washed off cleanly.
Cons
I've been using it for several bottles purchased from iHerb, but the ingredients are not as good as expected. This is unscented, but I plan to repurchase the scented product instead, as I heard the ingredients are better.

Pros
This is one of the few products that I have consistently used up bottle after bottle. It is gentle yet effective in cleansing.
Cons
I only learned about the connection between the product and the humidifier sanitizer issue after the incident. Upon checking, I found that the recent product I purchased no longer lists that ingredient on the label. I'm not sure if the product has been improved, so I still feel a bit uneasy about it.

May cause dryness I came here to check since they said the original fragrance-free fruit ingredients are different from the humidifier ingredients.

Pros
The previous ingredients were a godsend, being harmless to the body, having good cleansing power, and having a suitable pH level while being minimally irritating. However, now that the ingredients have drastically changed, the only advantage is the high volume-to-price ratio.
Cons
This is an unprecedented disaster. After the change in ingredients, methylchloroisothiazolinone (CMIT) and methylisothiazolinone (MIT), notorious for being used in humidifier disinfectants, have been added. Looking at the previous (left) and new (right) ingredient lists I registered below, there are also other new chemical ingredients that were not present before, making me wonder if this is really the same product. When the previous good ingredients were in use, I would stock up on five or six bottles and use them, but once they were all used up, I bought the new product. Using the new product, I started experiencing skin troubles. At first, I thought it was just due to the change in seasons. But the issues didn't go away and only got worse, so I checked and found that the ingredients had been changed. Even though my skin is not extremely sensitive, after using this product for about a month, I developed redness and intense tightness. After cleansing, applying basic skincare products still leaves a sense of irritation and the redness doesn't subside. It does go away after some time, but it keeps coming back, cycling between redness and subsiding, and the symptoms are getting progressively worse. The longer I use it, the worse it gets. The feeling of dryness and tightness after cleansing is also severe. The previous ingredients were also drying, but applying a toner would fix it. But with the new ingredients, even after using a toner, the skin discomfort persists. I'm using a highly moisturizing lotion, but it doesn't improve. Harmful ingredients + irritating (tightness, redness). Strongly not recommended.

The best tip is to stop using it immediately. +) Additional content added on 2017.5.18 Looking at the reviews on Amore Pacific, there are some who received the new formulation when they purchased in the summer of 2016, but I purchased in 2016 and received the old formulation, but my 2017 purchase was the new formulation. According to the comment left by Gireomi on Hwahae, she also received the old formulation when she purchased this year, so it seems to be a hit-or-miss situation whether you get the old or new formulation. As time goes on, the old stock will likely be depleted, and the chances of receiving the new formulation will increase.

It's affordable. It's a gel type and the cleansing power is not bad.

I thought all iHerb products would be gentle, but I was mistaken! My skin suddenly broke out in bumps and clogged pores, even becoming inflamed. When I looked into the cause, it was this product. I don't really want to recommend challenging yourself with this product. There are many other gentle products, so I suggest using those instead. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It's possible it could work well for you, but if it doesn't, it can bring about a terrible skin reaction, so please think about it carefully!

Pros
This cleanser has been emptied many times. I switched from using Pola Choice because it was too expensive, but this one has great cleansing power, so I can do my whole skincare routine with just this. It's great because it's free of surfactants and fragrance.
Cons
When you first use it, you may be surprised that it has no scent and doesn't lather much.
