It has a refreshing mint scent that feels soothing. The lip moisturizing power is incredible! The large size and pretty case make it great for carrying around. The price isn't particularly cheap compared to other lip balms, and it's not widely available in stores. Still, I'd consider repurchasing when I run out. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 18, 2020
When I developed lip eczema due to stress, nothing else seemed to help until I tried this product on recommendation. It worked wonders! The cooling mint sensation not only soothes the itchiness but also provides excellent hydration. I use it year-round, regardless of the season. The tin case is prone to denting... And while it may vary between products, I always find mine tightly sealed, making it difficult to open! Also, it used to be available at Olive Young, but since the importer discontinued it, I have to order it from overseas, which is a bit inconvenient... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 10, 2020
• If you enjoy minty scents and sensations, you'll love this. Personally, I prefer it over the original rose salve and strawberry version. • It provides excellent hydration. • You get a generous amount of product! • Due to the nature of the tin packaging, you need to constantly touch the product with your fingers, which raised some hygiene concerns for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinNov 2, 2020
I loved the unique fragrance of this foreign product. If you enjoy a cool sensation, I highly recommend it. While it may not last long on very dry skin, it has decent staying power on skin that's in fairly good condition. One drawback is that you need to use a spatula or cotton swab to apply it, to avoid bacteria from your fingers getting into the product. It's also sensitive to heat, so be careful in winter - if you leave it in your coat pocket in a heated room for too long, it might melt. You can apply it on your eyelids and use it in various ways on dry areas of your skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 31, 2020
I used this as a summer lip balm since my lips tend to crack even in warm weather. The mint made it feel refreshingly cool, and it provided great hydration, so I relied on it heavily during the summer months. Opening the container after applying hand cream is incredibly difficult. It's also quite noisy when carried in a bag. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJun 30, 2020
I've been interested in lip care lately due to dry, flaky skin even in summer. Remembering a product I used a few years ago, I decided to order it directly from overseas. Here's why I love it: 1. Excellent for removing dead skin cells 2. Cooling application (similar to the refreshing mint sensation of Kiehl's lip balm) 3. It's lightweight yet deeply hydrating. Perfect for those who can't stand sticky feelings! The downside is that the case can get easily dented. While it's lightweight with good staying power, the formula turns somewhat watery under air conditioning. Also, it melts extremely easily - very vulnerable to heat. There are two types available: tube and jar. I chose the jar type because it has a larger volume and a prettier case. For those concerned about hygiene, I use a cotton swab or an ear pick (which you can buy for just 500 won at Daiso) to scoop out the product. A small amount on the ear pick is enough for one application. I use it generously as part of my nighttime skincare routine for intensive lip care. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 26, 2020
1. Texture Creamy yet spreads easily 2. Moisturizing Absolutely fantastic, a true winter essential 3. Scent The fragrance is lovely. The cool, refreshing mint aroma is delightful Nothing particularly negative to mention... Do I really have to write something here? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 16, 2019
I've been using this lip balm since high school... It's been 4 years since I graduated, and I'm still on my second tube! It's quite a generous amount and I think it's a pretty good value for money. Compared to the blue one, this product has a stronger peppermint scent and gives a cool, soothing feeling, so I use it often. While Carmex might be slightly superior in terms of hydration, I keep using this one because I love the scent and I've grown attached to it over the years. Although the color looks pink/red, it's actually almost colorless when applied, so it's suitable for men to use too. First off, the lid is really hard to open... So I always leave it slightly ajar or have to grip it tightly when it's completely dry to open it. Otherwise, you might end up wrestling with the lid all day long... Also, since it's in a pot rather than a tube, people who are very conscious about hygiene might find it inconvenient. Of course, your fingers will get messy when applying it, but I don't mind that - I just wipe them off with a tissue and I'm done. As always, slather it on your lips generously before bed, cover with plastic wrap, and wake up to super smooth lips! Also, be careful about storage - if you keep it in warm places like your pants pocket during summer, it will completely melt. If that happens, just pop it in the freezer for a few hours and it'll be good as new! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 19, 2019
It moisturizes well, and after applying, my lips felt refreshed and plump. I loved the rose scent too. Now it's only available through international shipping. The tin case is unavoidable, but when it gets hot in summer, the lip balm melts. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 12, 2019
When your lips are flaky, apply a thick layer before bed and wake up to perfectly renewed lips! I'm satisfied with the hydration, and the scent is lovely. Although it's a lip balm, I think it's great to use anywhere that needs moisture. Even when applied thinly, it's too shiny, so I don't use it much when going out.
