This lip balm is absolutely amazing! As someone who frequently gets hard, large patches of dead skin cells on my lips, my top criteria for choosing a lip balm is always how well it exfoliates. Out of the dozens of lip balms I own, this one takes the crown! 1. It exfoliates incredibly well without any irritation - the dead skin cells just gently fall off. What's fascinating is that after exfoliating with this balm, my lips become super plump. They're smooth, soft, and bouncy! It's truly remarkable. 2. It's perfect for applying before bed or throughout the day. When applied, it gives your lips a slight glossy effect, so you can achieve that juicy lip look when layered over lip tint. Since it exfoliates so well, it's also fantastic to use before bedtime. Honestly, it's great to use from dawn to dusk! 3. You don't even need to leave it on for long - just 10-20 minutes is enough for exfoliation. It's unbelievable! Even if you forget to apply it before bed, just pop it on while doing your makeup, and say goodbye to dead skin cells. It's the best! 4. The generous size is a huge plus! I actually bought it for the volume and tin case, thinking I might not use it all up. But the product is so incredibly good that the large size has become a major advantage. It doesn't seem to run out quickly even with liberal use, so don't hesitate to apply it generously! 5. The fragrance and feel are wonderful. It has a subtle rose and mint scent that's not overpowering - it's such a pleasant aroma. The scent fades slightly once applied, so it's not bothersome at all. Plus, it has a cooling effect when applied, which is perfect for those who love that sensation! This one product eliminates the need for lip gloss or lip masks - it's truly an all-in-one miracle worker. Out of the dozens of lip balms I've tried, very few have satisfied my blemish-prone lips, but this one is my top pick... no, it's beyond that. I'll use it for life! While the photo might not show much use, this is actually my third tin. As much as it has many advantages, there are a few downsides. It melts too easily, so you can't carry it around in summer. If you take it out on a hot day, you might end up with a lip balm party the moment you open the case! The case quality is very inconsistent. Some open easily, while others are incredibly difficult to open. Then there are some that open too loosely, making you afraid to carry them around. It's really disappointing that you can't check this before purchasing. If you get one that's hard to open, you'll have to deal with that stress every time you use it until it's finished, which could be months. I carry a tiny 3g jar with a small amount, which is great because even if it melts, it's not a big deal. When I'm super busy or lazy and haven't had time for exfoliation, I just apply a bit over my lip tint. It makes my lips look plump and beautiful. I can go about my day like that, and then just wipe it off with a tissue before eating to remove the dead skin cells. I tried this product because a YouTuber I like highly recommended it, but honestly, apart from the pretty packaging, I'm not sure what's so great about it. I do enjoy the mint scent, but there are many other products out there with better hydration that also have a minty fragrance. The hydration isn't good at all. My skin feels dry again soon after application, so I have to keep reapplying it frequently. It's also really difficult to open the container, especially if you have hand cream on. I've been using this for nearly 6 years now. I've lost it several times and tried other products when I did, but I always end up coming back to Mint Rose... At first, the mint scent feels refreshing, but after using it for so long, I've gotten used to it and barely notice the mint fragrance anymore. It makes my mouth feel moist and very hydrated. However, it gives such a glossy finish that I probably couldn't apply it over matte lip products. There's a difference in scent between a new one and one that's been used for a while. It seems the fragrance fades quite a bit with use! But that's not really an issue. The case can be a bit tricky to open if it catches wrong, but you can always opt for the tube version. When I apply this before bed, any chapped lips are completely gone by morning. Personally, I find the solid form more effective than the tube version. It has a refreshing mint scent that feels soothing. The lip moisturizing power is incredible! The large size and pretty case make it great for carrying around. The price isn't particularly cheap compared to other lip balms, and it's not widely available in stores. Still, I'd consider repurchasing when I run out.

Personally, this is my favorite summer lip balm. The moment you apply it, your lips feel soothed and there's a subtle rose scent that lingers. The fragrance is so delicate that even those who usually dislike rose scents could use it comfortably. I love the soothing sensation when applied to the lips. It's the most effective product I've used for managing dead skin cells, and I've been consistently using this Rosebud product for 7 years now. The quantity is generous too - one jar lasts me almost a year. If you don't store it properly in summer, it can melt completely... It seems to work well for me. During the day, I just pat on a little bit and it gives a hydrated look. Since it's an oily product, it's not overly thick, so when I apply it at night before bed, it washes off easily in the morning, leaving my lips feeling moisturized. I love the scent, and above all, the case is really pretty! It can be a bit shiny, so if you're wearing it casually during the day, it's best to just pat on a small amount for a hydrated look. If you apply it like a regular lip balm, it can look quite greasy. Also, if you don't have much strength in your nails, opening the lid might be a bit challenging at times. If your lips feel a bit dry after applying lip tint, it's nice to gently pat this on with your fingers.
