  As a lucky winner of the Hwahae Testers program, here's my review after using it for a week. My routine involves applying it generously on a cotton pad after cleansing, patting it onto my face, then following up with another layer using my hands. I do this twice for maximum effect. (I have combination dehydrated skin with a dry T-zone.) The toner absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling nicely hydrated. There's a subtle scent, but it's not overpowering or off-putting - just a faint hint.

  Cons

  While it absorbs well, it might work too efficiently - the moisturizing effect seems to disappear quickly after application. The short-lasting hydration is a bit disappointing. Other than that, it's a good choice for a lightweight toner.
