It removes impurities and dead skin cells without any tightness, making my complexion brighter.
ConsThe only downside is that the portion is too small~ Other than that, I'm satisfied.

So I deliberately avoided using stimulating cleansers, but this cleanser didn't have any bad ingredients at all. So I tried cleansing with it and was satisfied. At first, since I had never used a powder cleanser before, I scrubbed quite hard, not knowing how to use it, and my nose area turned red... That was my mistake. So the next day, I tried it gently, and my skin became incredibly smooth and radiant!!! After cleansing, my skin feels so smooth. It's really amazing! My skin also looks brighter!
ConsThe amount... wasn't quite full. Since it's a powder, I guess that's unavoidable... And since it's a method of dissolving in water, there are parts that don't dissolve well, so it's a bit irritating. For sensitive skin, you really have to use it as gently as possible. Aside from that, there's really nothing I'm unhappy about.
TipI use the method of scooping it into my palm and wetting it with water, but if I fail to control the water, it becomes quite troublesome... So I'm using it very carefully. And you only need about the size of a 500-won coin worth of powder. You don't need that much. And I use this cleanser for the first cleanse, and then use an egg soap for the second cleanse, so it's not drying at all and works perfectly!

The weather is just right when fine dust is at its peak, and I happened to win the cleansing product from the Tony Mory's new Black Barley line, so I'm sharing my personal experience and impressions. First, the Black Barley is said to be effective for skin purification and care. It is a clinically proven product that is 99.8% effective in removing fine dust, impurities, and dead skin cells. Ingredients: - The main ingredient is Black Barley extract, which helps cleanse the skin and remove fine dust. - It minimizes skin irritation and has a conditioning function. Usage experience: - It's a fine powder-type. You can see grain-like or Black Barley particles in between, but they melt naturally during cleansing without any discomfort or irritation. It dissolves gently and feels very satisfactory and non-irritating for my sensitive skin. - You just need to scoop a coin-sized amount onto your palm, add a little water to create a lather, and gently massage it onto your face. However, you need to be careful with the water amount as too much can reduce the lathering. - The scent seems to be unscented. Some say it has a grain-like scent, but I didn't notice any. - After use, my skin felt moisturized and thoroughly cleansed. There was no tightness, and it had a supple, bouncy feel, so I was very satisfied. And it's really non-irritating - my skin felt soft and there was no stinging sensation. The scrubbing effect was also great, so I'm very satisfied overall.
ConsThe amount of the cleansing product seems a bit small compared to the size of the container. 😢😢 And if you can't control the water well, the lather doesn't form properly, making it difficult to cleanse thoroughly. So you'll need to be careful about that. (At first, I didn't know and added too much water, so I had to do it again. 😅)
TipI have very sensitive skin, so even a small mistake in my diet or on high fine dust days, I tend to get breakouts and bumps. 😢 That's why lately, after using the Tony Mory cleansing product, I've been following up with: - Doxxx Toner - Medix Tea Tree Care Solution (3 times a week) - Aroma X Aloe Vera Gel - Cicy The Simple Daily Lotion It really seems to soothe my skin and boost its elasticity. 💛 Let's all take good care of our skin! 🍋

Here is my review after using the product for a full week.♡♡♡ Pros: 1. Cleansing Power: It removes makeup incredibly well. Even though I usually only wear cushion foundation and tint, I always had to do a second cleansing. But with this product, it completely removes all residue without leaving a single trace. It feels so refreshing and thoroughly cleanses even fine dust. 2. Gentleness: Since the ingredients are all great, it's very gentle. After cleansing, there's no tightness or stinging sensation at all. I have very sensitive, dry skin and usually break out easily if a product doesn't suit me, but this one was so kind to my skin. 3. Fragrance: It's almost fragrance-free. There's no noticeable scent at all. I don't mind light, subtle fragrances, but I tend to avoid strongly scented cleansers. This one being completely unscented gave me a sense of reassurance, and I really enjoyed using it. Those who dislike fragrant cleansers will love this product. 4. Texture: As a powder type cleanser, I was initially curious and a bit worried it wouldn't feel comfortable. But it dissolves quickly in a small amount of water, forming a nice lather. It was a fascinating and satisfying experience.
Cons1. Amount: When I first received the product, I felt the amount was a bit on the smaller side. It didn't seem like a full-sized product. However, a little goes a long way, and I think it will still last quite a while. At first, I even wondered if some had been spilled during packaging. 2. Foaming: As a first-time user of a powder cleanser, I found the foaming to be pretty good compared to other powder cleansers. But if you're used to using creamy cleansing foams, don't expect the same level of lather. It foams well for a powder type, but not as much as a typical foam cleanser.
TipSince this is a powder type cleanser, it can get a bit humid and clump up if left unused for too long. The powder residue around the opening can also clog the container. So after using it, be sure to gently tap the container to help the remaining powder fall back into the main product. When cleansing, it's best to scoop out a small amount of the powder onto your hands first, then add a little lukewarm water to activate the lather. This is the most effective way to use this type of powder cleanser.

It is a powder cleanser, and while it is mildly acidic, it can effectively remove sunscreen and BB creams. The moisturizing power was excellent. It did not leave my skin feeling tight, and the exfoliation felt natural, so I didn't need to use a separate exfoliating scrub.
ConsAt this price, the amount provided seems too little. When using it for a regular cleansing, I would need to use about the size of a 500 won coin, but the overall quantity is quite small. Especially when using it to remove sunscreen or BB cream, assuming a double cleanse, I don't think it would last a month.
TipWhile not a tip per se, to supplement the shortcoming mentioned above, using a foam maker or bubble maker to lightly coat the product and gently massage it on the face could help conserve the amount used.

I also thought it would be good to use lightly in the morning! I wanted to try an enzyme cleansing product ㅎㅎ!! 1. Grain? Rice? That kind of fragrance The fragrance was a subtle soap scent like rice powder. It's not an overbearing smell when cleansing, and if you're not particularly sensitive, it's almost like it has no fragrance at all. It's a scent that won't divide opinions, so anyone can use it comfortably. 2. Mild cleansing formula I bought this because the foam cleanser I was using didn't have the best ingredients. So I checked the ingredients on the Hwahae app and felt reassured that it has mild components that even sensitive skin types can use easily. I'd say the ingredient combination is relatively simple compared to other cleansers. In practice, the finish was more subdued and moisturizing compared to typical foaming cleansers.
Cons3. The amount of foam is low! I expected less foam since it's a powder type, but there was still some lather when I rubbed it. However, if you prefer a rich, creamy lather, this product may not be that appealing. 4. Cleansing power is around 2 out of 5. I'm not sure if it's because of the mild formula or if that's just how it is, but I felt this cleanser wasn't quite suitable for oily or combination skin types. After using my previous foaming cleanser and doing my skincare routine at night, I didn't feel as oily the next morning. But with this one, I could feel the oil coming back on my forehead and nose area right after cleansing. Those with very oily skin may find their skin gets greasy again quickly when using this alone. 5. The size is much smaller than expected It might be okay since you don't need to scoop out a large amount at once, but I still chuckled when I first saw how small the size is. It's about a hand's width tall and just slightly thicker than a pen. It's not extremely cheap either. And I can't say this product is amazing either. It's just average... I didn't feel like it effectively removed fine dust and impurities. When I used it alone, I could still see some small particles and dust left around my nose, hairline, and brows. Maybe it's because of my combination skin, but I had to use a foaming cleanser as well to feel properly cleansed.
Tip6. It seems good to use in the morning. Or on days when you're not wearing makeup, or as a light cleanse after a wash-off pack. Since the foam is lacking, it's better to cleanse gently without much pressure. Even though the irritation level is low since it doesn't provide a deep cleanse, those with acne-prone or very sensitive skin should still cleanse gently. For oily skin types, your regular foaming cleanser is likely still better... It was just about okay to use during the winter, but I don't think I could use it in the summer. I also don't have much intention to repurchase. Skincare is very individual, so take reviews as just a reference!
