It brightens my complexion and feels moisturizing right after application. My skin looks beautiful and feels comfortable. After some time, my skin becomes extremely dry. Oil builds up separately, leaving my skin incredibly dehydrated with deep dryness... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 26, 2021
It evens out my skin tone naturally and has great adherence, so I'm really enjoying using it Despite its name suggesting moisture, it feels dry when applied, so you need to spread it carefully - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 16, 2021
Usually, mineral sunscreens feel quite dry, but this one lives up to its name. It's pleasantly moisturizing. While it feels hydrating when applied, it becomes dry later on. Also, when oil starts to surface, my face looks patchy. It's not the perfect foundation-free solution. It's ideal for quick tone correction when stepping out for a short while. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinOct 9, 2020
❤️ Noticeable brightening effect First off, the brightening effect is truly remarkable! It works well as a makeup base and provides sun protection, making it a two-in-one product. On days when I couldn't be bothered with a full face of makeup, I'd just apply this, fill in my brows, and I was good to go! I've used it so much that I've nearly finished the whole tube! ❤️ Gives a beautiful glow for prettier-looking skin While the absorption isn't the best, it does give your skin a lovely glow once applied! It's not overly rich, so you won't look greasy - just a really beautiful Inner Glow! That's why I love it so much. ❤️ Effectively neutralizes yellow undertones With its pink-tinted base, it works wonders in correcting and neutralizing yellow undertones in the skin. 💔 Severe dryness and emphasizes dead skin cells This was an absolutely critical drawback for me... When your skin is in perfect condition, you might not notice, but we all have days with some flakiness, right? On those days, if you apply this, as time passes, the sunscreen seems to bunch up and cling to those areas, making dead skin cells even more noticeable. It made my skin look really bad... When I had flaky skin, this product felt very drying. 💔 Difficult to spread Due to the nature of mineral sunscreens, it doesn't glide on as smoothly as an emulsion might when applying to your face. It applies well if you've done a super hydrating skincare routine beforehand, but normally, I found it a bit hard to spread. 💔 Unnatural brightening effect Perhaps because of its pink-tinted base, while it does an excellent job at neutralizing yellow undertones, for those with a naturally yellowish complexion, it can create a color-correcting effect that looks a bit unnatural. There's a noticeable difference between your face and neck color, giving a somewhat pale appearance. Even my sister commented that it made my face look too white. Although I've nearly finished a whole tube using it for brightening when I didn't feel like doing a full face of makeup, honestly, the drawbacks are quite significant, so I probably won't repurchase it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 5, 2020
Although it's a sun protection product, it also provides some complexion correction, making it suitable as a base makeup. It seems particularly well-suited for those with oily skin. While it might work for all skin types from oily to dry during summer, after summer even oily skin types may experience some dryness in certain areas. You'll need to pay more attention to your skincare routine. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 3, 2020
As someone with dry skin, I found this quite nice and moisturizing. It didn't cause any blemishes either. The lightweight formula applies smoothly, and it definitely brightens the complexion. It's perfect for days when you don't want heavy makeup. It tends to pill when applied with fingers, so you'll need to be careful with the amount or use a puff for better application. While it feels hydrating at first, it becomes drier over time. The staying power isn't great, so it might not be ideal for those who are out for long periods. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinOct 1, 2020
It feels incredibly moisturizing when applied, almost like an emulsion! It really helps with brightening the skin. Plus, I love that it's not too oily. The white cast is quite noticeable, but not in a flattering way. It leaves a grayish or slightly purplish tint that's not very appealing. Also, there's a distinct cosmetic scent that's a bit strong. While it feels hydrating at first, it tends to dry out my skin over time, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 22, 2020
It's gentle and seems to absorb well into the skin. The brightening effect isn't excessive, but naturally lifts the complexion by half a shade, which is just right and not overdone. As I have dry skin, I found it a bit drying, which was disappointing. However, if you apply a hydrating base beforehand, it works fine. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 17, 2020
First off, I love the noticeable brightening effect, but what I love even more is the price!! It's so affordable! The ingredients are pretty good too~ The downside is that it tends to separate a bit as time passes... and there's a slight feeling of dryness that can't be ignored - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 14, 2020
It naturally brightens my complexion, so I just apply this and go out. I've used about 3 bottles. However, it feels a bit drying. When I apply it before cushion or BB cream, my skin feels like it's getting dehydrated.
