Thanks to the aloe and bamboo water, this brightening moisturizer with SPF applies smoothly and hydrates without the typical stiffness of other sunscreens. It absorbs well, leaving no dryness or tightness around the mouth. I've used up the whole tube with great satisfaction! I wanted to repurchase, but unfortunately it's been discontinued. For a natural look, you need to apply it in small amounts multiple times. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 25, 2023
It's lightweight, absorbs beautifully, and makes your face absolutely radiant. It also gives a dewy, well-hydrated look to your skin. It might not be the best choice for oily skin types. There aren't any major drawbacks, but it's such a shame that it's been discontinued. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 8, 2022
It's literally so hydrating! The brightening effect is natural, and the ingredients are great too. However, as someone with super sensitive skin, I developed two or three blemishes each day after using it. They went away when I stopped using the product. Those with super sensitive skin should avoid this, but people with good skin will likely achieve a radiant complexion with this brightening moisturizer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 21, 2022
The moisturizing effect is great, making it a nice choice for a makeup base. It has a slight white cast, which is perfect for a no-foundation look. As time passes, it becomes too oily, causing excessive shine on the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 8, 2021
It's so moisturizing, and it makes my complexion look absolutely beautiful! The ingredients are also quite good. Please bring it back from discontinuation! If you're trying to enhance sun protection, it might result in excessive brightening of your skin tone - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 17, 2021
My skin type: Sensitive and acne-prone. With summer bringing chaos to my acne, I was looking for a product that's moisturizing but leaves a matte finish. This product fits the bill perfectly! It feels like an emulsion when applying, but leaves the skin feeling powder-soft afterwards. The brightening effect is on point! While I love this aspect, it's also a bit of a drawback. It does become more natural-looking over time (though it takes a while). Considering the price, it's not bad, and the strong brightening effect means you use less product. This leads to it lasting longer, haha! It feels like this lasts twice as long as other sunscreens of the same volume. Good! I wanted a natural brightening effect, but was disappointed to find I looked like a kabuki actor after application. Using a tiny amount doesn't provide enough sun protection, but using enough for proper protection makes my skin look too white and difficult to apply. If your skin isn't in good condition, or if you touch your face after application, it pills badly. It comes off like a sort of residue or eraser dust. The brightening effect is out of this world, so be careful with the amount you use! -> It's better used as a brightening moisturizer rather than a sunscreen, haha. You might have to give up on sun protection. Only use on days when your skin is in good condition -> The brightening effect makes any skin imperfections very noticeable. Don't touch your face after application -> If you touch or rub your face, it comes off like residue. If you follow these tips, you should be able to use it effectively! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinJun 6, 2021
It brightens my complexion and feels moisturizing right after application. My skin looks beautiful and feels comfortable. After some time, my skin becomes extremely dry. Oil builds up separately, leaving my skin incredibly dehydrated with deep dryness... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJun 1, 2021
Perfect for a foundation-free makeup look! I use shades 17-19, and this product brightens my complexion naturally without feeling heavy. It's great for that 'no makeup' makeup look! The SPF is quite high too. It has a nice hydrating feel and absorbs well, leaving no greasiness and feeling fresh. I love the product itself, and the price is a steal - talk about value for money! If you're looking for something that brightens, protects from UV, uses mineral sunscreen, doesn't dry out your skin, and is budget-friendly, you can't beat this. It doesn't pair particularly well with foundation. I mainly use it for foundation-free makeup looks! It's cheaper on Coupang - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 25, 2021
It's amazing for evening out your complexion and providing hydration. Whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin, it's fantastic for everyone! I honestly want to recommend this to everybody. The only downside is that I wish they would produce more of it... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinMay 5, 2021
While searching for a moisturizing sunscreen, I came across Etude House's hydrating sun fluid and decided to give it a try. The mini design is quite adorable. Its full name is 'UV Double Cut Moisturizing Tone-Up Sun Fluid'. In simpler terms, you could think of it as a hydrating sun emulsion. It comes in a 50ml size and costs 12,000 won. I later found out it's actually a sunscreen recommended by Director Pi. It's a mineral sunscreen! My skin type is dry and combination, but both mineral and chemical sunscreens seem to work well for me. So I choose between them depending on the situation. It's free from PEG and allergen-cautious ingredients. Maybe that's why it feels like it absorbs so well when I apply it. The size is perfect for carrying around, which makes it super convenient. Plus, I can alternate between this and my sun gel products. There aren't any. It's moisturizing and applies smoothly, so I haven't found any drawbacks yet. Though, it might not be the best fit for those with oily skin.
