Personally, I prefer a natural brightening effect rather than a heavily made-up look, and this product delivers just that. For those seeking heavy coverage, please take note: While it evens skin tone naturally, the coverage is somewhat light. There's minimal stickiness, and the texture feels moisturizing when applied but develops a slightly matte finish over time. I appreciate its clean feel without any sticky residue. Overall, I'm satisfied with its sun protection and natural complexion-enhancing effects. Here's my review after using this product for about 4 months! Adherence: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (out of 5 stars) Coverage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Skin comfort: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying power: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The coverage didn't feel particularly high. While it's not exceptionally moisturizing for a BB cream, as someone who usually uses semi-matte foundations, I found the hydration satisfactory. It's about average moisture for a BB cream. I was surprised by how well it adhered for a BB cream. It also caused minimal skin irritation, with no allergic reactions or blemishes. However, the staying power was a bit disappointing, though I'd say it's still above average for a BB cream. I mix it with foundation, and I think it's a great product for blending. The color is a classic #21 shade. It's light for me as I usually use #22. I bought it to mix with a #23 foundation I mistakenly purchased, so I'm very satisfied. Overall, it's a solid product. Considering the price point, I think it's hard to find a BB cream of this quality, so I plan to repurchase when I run out. It has a slight grayish tint. Being a BB cream, it's not completely free of this issue. I recommend applying it with a combination of a spatula and cushion puff! It works great with those affordable puffs from Daiso that come in packs of two. Also, it's fantastic when mixed with a semi-matte foundation that has good adherence. I always use it this way, and it gives beautiful skin finish with great staying power.

After using it consistently for about three months, here's my review: Pros: Unlike typical BB creams, the color is great. No ashy tones at all, feels more like a foundation with good coverage. No darkening effect. You can snag it on sale for just $9 on Coupang. As someone with skin sensitive to chemical sunscreens, I often break out badly with organic UV filters in sunscreens or foundations. Thankfully, this doesn't contain those ingredients, which is a huge plus. Cons: The original formula... Right after application, it looks matte and pretty, but it breaks down terribly. Maybe due to lack of oils, it gets super dry, cracks, and pills up. I wonder if there's any skin type this would look good on alone... even with my oily skin. But don't worry, there's a way to make it work. I'll share my tips below... After trying various methods like applying serums beforehand or using beauty devices to boost absorption, I discovered the secret: Mix a pea-sized amount of this BB cream with Etude House Volumizer! Don't apply the Volumizer to your skin first (it'll break down messily and the excess oil might irritate your skin). Instead, blend the two on your palm to alter the texture, then apply with your fingers. Use a damp Daiso expandable wedge puff (PU material) to pat it in. This prevents breakdown, leaving you with a dewy, beautiful finish with minimal oil. Honestly, this BB cream is useless without the Volumizer, but... it's salvageable and its pros outweigh the cons, so I'll keep using it. Since I have sensitive skin, I use it alone, but you could mix it with a hydrating foundation for more coverage! Still, if they're considering a reformulation, I'd love to see a new version that feels like it's already mixed with the Volumizer. That would be perfect!

It's bright enough to cover up to shade 17! The texture is firm but, in line with recent trends, it's a lightweight formula that applies thinly. It did a decent job covering redness and pores, and most importantly, it gave a beautiful skin texture. The firm formula also helped it adhere well to the skin. In terms of wear and longevity, it held up well. While there weren't any major issues with breakdown, there was a slight emphasis on pores. Notably, it didn't show the typical BB cream weakness of darkening over time. As I don't have dry skin, I didn't experience any particular tightness or dryness even after wearing it for a while. I was debating whether to deduct a star for this, but since my eye area tends to be dry... When I applied a very hydrating base around my eyes and then put this on, it pilled up in that area, forming little clumps like the skin on yogurt.
