Pros
It's definitely more effective than La Roche-Posay. You can clearly see how well it calms the skin.
Cons
There's nothing bad to say except that I might get bored of it eventually! I'm curious to try their other products too.

Pros
Despite its rich texture, this cream absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it plump and supple. I bought it because my skin became super sensitive after a dermatological procedure, and it immediately calmed and helped restore my skin!
Cons
The cream's thick consistency makes it slightly challenging to spread evenly.
Tip
To improve absorption, try mixing it with a serum or ampoule when applying!

Pros
I've tried countless regenerating creams and basic skincare products for acne, but nothing seems to work as effectively as Avène Cicalfate. When applied generously to extracted acne spots for 3-4 days, it significantly reduces redness and soothes the skin. I honestly can't think of any other product that compares to this one.
Cons
The hydration level might be lower than expected, so those with dry skin may find it quite drying. On the flip side, people with oily skin might feel it's too rich. The thick consistency makes it a bit challenging to spread on the face, which is slightly disappointing. However, considering its effectiveness, these minor issues are negligible.
Tip
Due to its thick consistency, applying a light layer of hydrating essence beforehand can improve both the application and moisture levels. For best results, instead of using Cicalfate daily, use it as a special treatment. After extracting acne, apply a thin layer all over, then add an extra thick layer on the extracted areas for maximum effectiveness.

After treating blemishes, applying this to the affected area noticeably reduces redness and improves skin texture
Cons
When applied before makeup, it can cause pilling. I recommend using only a small amount

Pros
It was great to use without irritation when my skin was super sensitive. It also helped soothe my redness after dermatological treatments.
Cons
The texture is a bit thick, which makes it somewhat difficult to absorb well.
Tip
For best results, squeeze some cream onto your palm, rub it between your hands to warm it up, then gently press it into your face to help it absorb.

Pros
I've been using this cream for about a decade... It's absolutely top-notch for calming skin with Cica ingredients.
Cons
In summer, it's best to use this only at night. During the day, it might make your skin feel a bit rich.

Pros
I struggled with perioral dermatitis, but after using Avène Cicalfate+ Cream, my skin calmed down significantly and it even helped with skin regeneration.
Cons
There's not really anything to complain about... If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's a bit thick and there's some pilling? But if you gently spread it out, it smooths out quickly.

Pros
It has a great calming effect and makes your face look brighter. When you have acne, it's really soothing if you apply it after extracting.
Cons
It feels quite rich... It's good to apply all over when your face is dry or sensitive, but it's not ideal to use in summer or when your skin is oily.

Pros
As a skincare nomad, this is one of the few holy grail repair creams I've repurchased over 5 times. Here's why it's a must-have: 1. As a repair cream: If it really suits you, you'll understand why running out feels anxiety-inducing... Personally, I consider this my ultimate life-changing repair cream! I have atopic dermatitis, so areas like my neck that crease often get itchy. When my skin is acting up, I apply a thin, even layer all over those areas consistently. It's amazing to see how it calms down within days :) 2. As a blemish cream: Apply a slightly thicker layer on troubled areas before bed, and by morning you'll notice some improvement! Just be careful not to overdo it - find your sweet spot by testing different amounts. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this product. Would I repurchase? Absolutely, 200% yes!
Cons
Hmm... Personally, the only downside I can think of is that you need to be careful with storage during winter. Other than that, no complaints!
Tip
After cleansing, make sure to completely remove any water before using this product. If there's residual moisture, you might feel like it's not absorbing well and just sitting on top of your skin.

Pros
I had a bad reaction to a cosmetic sample and my skin completely flipped out. My usual regenerating cream was a bit oily and didn't seem to have much of a soothing effect, so I did some research and bought this one. I'm really satisfied with it. The marks from my laser treatments have faded significantly, and I could see that the areas where I had blemishes have calmed down.
Cons
On cold days, the thermal water would separate, so I initially had to mix it in warm water before using.
