It seems that the Sikhalpat regenerating and soothing cream is the only one suitable for sensitive and complex skin types. I had previously looked into other popular regenerating creams, but found that they contained shea butter which I cannot use. Uniquely, the Sikhalpat cream does not contain shea butter, which was great. When I apply a generous amount to troubled areas, I can feel them calming down quickly.
