Pros
Skin type: Combination dry/oily, redness, sensitive, U-zone (cystic acne), forehead (closed comedones) The product was more effective on cystic acne than closed comedones. Since my skin is quite sensitive, I didn't apply it all over, but only on the affected areas. It stung a little, but the next day, the cystic acne had visibly improved.
Cons

Pros
I thought the texture would be soft since it's called a 'gel', but I was surprised to find it has more of a balm-like consistency! When I apply it to my nose, it dries up completely like a mud mask, and after rinsing it off, my blackheads seem to have faded just a bit. The convenience of being able to manage blackheads this way, rather than using nose strips or other methods, is a real advantage.
Cons
It would be great if the instructions on the product packaging were a bit more detailed. Having to refer to a separate sheet of instructions and even look up YouTube videos to properly understand how to use it is a bit of a hassle. And the perm solution-like scent was a bit unpleasant for me.

I was given the opportunity to use the product as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. As it is a spot care product, the volume did not feel too small. Although it is a gel product, it has a rich cream texture, so the application is very smooth, and it does not run, which is a strength. It was good at quickly soothing troubled areas, but I have not yet seen effects on blackheads. The product also washed off well during cleansing, and the used area felt slightly soft and smooth. While it contains sulfur components that are said to be irritating, I personally did not find the irritation to be strong.

This is a review based on using the product four times, twice a day. The product is convenient in managing blemishes and blackheads. Blemishes seemed to ripen a bit faster, and blackheads gradually faded with continued use. Some others found it to be irritating, but I did not experience any irritation. (The skin may feel a bit taut when applied, as it dries quickly on the skin.) It was evident that the more I used it, the less sebum I had. Reducing excess sebum helped minimize the occurrence of blemishes and blackheads, which was helpful for me.
