Pros
This product has a mud pack+cream(?) type of formulation. It also visibly calms down reddish blemishes when applied! So I find it very handy to use during seasonal changes when my skin gets a bit out of whack and I get the occasional breakout:) I've even mixed it a bit with my cream and used it as a pack! Since it's in a tube, it's also convenient to just squeeze and apply directly.
Cons
It really stings. It makes me involuntarily clench my fist..^^ And while it can be used as a pack, when I mix it with a moisturizing cream, the texture kind of crumbles and breaks apart.
Tip
It's great to apply before bedtime and then rinse off when washing your face the next morning.

The fact that it's a cream that can be used like a pack! At first, I thought the moisturizing cream was absorbing so well and felt like I wasn't applying it, but it turns out it has sulfur ingredients, and when I mixed it with the moisturizing cream I was using before and applied it like a pack and then washed it off, it was the product. If the sulfur ingredient suits you, it will likely have a good effect on troubles like acne.
Cons
In my case, there was no noticeable calming effect on my skin, but nothing new appeared on my skin either. The redness went away very briefly.

Spot treatment with a small amount? You can just dab it on the troubled areas with a cotton swab and wipe it off. I used a very small amount and it healed quickly. I tried it on both immature pimples and almost-healed pimples, and it worked well on the immature and just-emerging pimples. My skin is naturally very fair, so blemishes show up very clearly, and it usually takes a long time for them to heal, but I felt the healing time was shortened.
Cons

Skin type: Combination dry/oily, redness, sensitive, U-zone (cystic acne), forehead (closed comedones) The product was more effective on cystic acne than closed comedones. Since my skin is quite sensitive, I didn't apply it all over, but only on the affected areas. It stung a little, but the next day, the cystic acne had visibly improved.
