Simply dab it on blemishes with a cotton swab and wipe off. I applied a tiny amount and it healed quickly. I tried it on both emerging and almost-healed pimples. It worked especially well on newly forming blemishes. My skin is quite fair, so redness from blemishes is very noticeable, and it usually takes a long time to heal, but I felt the healing time was reduced.
ConsDue to lack of usage instructions and reviews, I'm unsure if I'm using it correctly. Seeing that only a small amount should be used makes me cautious, wondering if it might irritate the skin. I hope it becomes popular soon so there are more reviews available.

Many people reported seeing results, so I was excited. The unique texture and application method intrigued me, so I even looked up YouTube videos. I applied it directly to my blemish-prone areas and washed it off after 15 minutes. The scent that some found bothersome was tolerable for me. The best part? When applied to areas where blemishes were starting to form, it seemed to prevent them from developing further. I'll need to use it a bit longer to be sure though!
ConsYou're supposed to apply it daily and leave it on for about 15 minutes, but it feels extremely drying. Instead of soothing or alleviating blemishes, it seems to dry out and irritate the skin, causing the blemishes to become more inflamed. After about a day, they tend to burst. I'm wondering if this is actually the intended effect of the product...

It's quite effective for blemishes, and I was pleased with its performance on small whiteheads and minor pimples. For larger blemishes, it takes a bit more time to see results, similar to other spot treatments. For blackheads, consistent application over a longer period seems necessary. One thing's for sure - applying it to affected areas the night before going out really helps manage breakouts.
ConsThe applied area can feel irritating. While this is common for most spot treatments and understandable given its purpose, the sulfur in the product gives it a distinct odor. Although you only need to apply a small amount, making the smell tolerable, the price is quite steep. It's almost to the point where you might debate whether it's more cost-effective to get an anti-inflammatory injection at a dermatologist's office or to consistently use this product. The high price point is definitely a downside.
TipI found the best results by applying just a tiny amount, gently patting it onto the blemish area. I'd recommend trying this method when using spot treatments.

It felt cooler than expected and dried quickly. After wiping it off, I noticed it had a calming effect, reducing heat in the treated areas. After about 5-6 days, the heat and redness in the applied areas improved. I think it would be even more effective with consistent, long-term use.
ConsI read the instructions, which said to spray mist before and after using the gel. It seemed bothersome, so I just applied it without misting and was shocked by how dry it felt. It's not the type you apply and let absorb, so having to wash or wipe it off is inconvenient. I was really surprised by how drying it was (maybe it's just me?). After application, I experienced a stinging and itchy irritation. Using this gel requires more attention than my usual skincare routine, taking more time and using more materials like cotton swabs and pads for spot treatment (or having to cleanse). It's difficult to use when I'm in a hurry for appointments or work. I could only use it after coming home or on days off, morning and evening, which was disappointing.
TipI have combination dehydrated skin, and the dryness was more severe than I expected. So I applied a hydrating gel cream, wiped only the areas I wanted to treat, and then applied this product.

The color appears slightly yellow, probably due to the sulfur content. Since it contains starch in the ingredients, it's not completely runny. When you spread it, it has a unique feeling of powder mixed with cream. 🍁 Effectiveness: Well... to be honest, I've rarely seen effects from spot treatments. That's why I occasionally use tea tree oil or pharmacy products. Spot treatments from cosmetic brands often don't suit me because they either have too much oil or strong alcohol content.😅 But this product has good ingredients, mainly based on sulfur~ So I had high hopes, but I'm not sure about its effectiveness haha🥲
Cons❗️ Scent: The sulfur smell isn't too strong, but sensitive people might notice it! ❗️ Irritation: Hmm... maybe because it's my first time using a cosmetic product with sulfur? When I applied it as a spot treatment, there was a slight itching and tingling sensation initially!
Tip✔️ There are two ways to use this product~ I recommend applying it only to spot areas as the sulfur content is second on the ingredient list, which could make it potentially irritating! ✔️ Sulfur might not suit everyone, so I think it's a good idea to test it on a different area before using it on blemishes~~

I think it would be great for those with severe acne to use as part of their acne care routine.
ConsHowever, my skin is super sensitive, so I experienced some tingling irritation. Because of that, I probably won't reach for it often. Those with sensitive skin should keep this in mind.

After using this product, I noticed that my blemishes seemed to mature faster. However, it didn't seem very effective when used on blackheads. On the plus side, this product seems good for when you want to get rid of pimples quickly.
ConsThe scent was reminiscent of perm solution, which was a bit off-putting, and I felt there was some mild irritation.

When you squeeze it out, you'll notice tiny yellow particles that remind me of curry powder - it's like I've seen it somewhere before, but I can't quite place it! It's a thick, pale yellow cream. On the first day, I applied a pea-sized amount directly to my blemishes and washed it off after a few minutes. The second day, I mixed it with my moisturizer and applied it all over. I couldn't use it daily though, as it was quite strong for my super sensitive skin. I'm not sure if it's the product's effect or just timing, but my stubborn blemishes seemed to come to a head faster? I'll have to experiment on my boyfriend's face too!
ConsIt can be quite irritating, unfortunately. The sulfur ingredient seems to disinfect but also inevitably causes some tingling sensation. The area where I applied it stung, making me want to wash it off quickly. Definitely avoid the eye area. I'm not sure if it was because of this, but even after cleansing and lying down to sleep, my eyes felt irritated and I shed a tear.
TipThey recommend mixing it with a moisturizer in a 7:3 ratio and leaving it on for 15 minutes before washing off, but that seemed like a waste of good moisturizer! Instead, I mixed it with aloe gel. It was a bit runny, but I found it convenient to apply it to my face while showering and rinse it off at the end. When mixed, it didn't sting, and my face felt overall warm and tingly in a good way.

The cause of my whiteheads was inconsistent exfoliation and excessive sebum production. When I apply this gel, my face becomes as matte as if I've applied powder. However, using this doesn't make whiteheads disappear on its own. It's best used as an aftercare treatment following whitehead extraction to improve your skin and prevent future whiteheads from forming! Leave the extraction to the professionals!
ConsPrice / Irritation for sensitive skin It's quite expensive... I'm not sure if it reacts to light or heat, but sometimes my skin becomes red while applying it. Since they recommend using sunscreen when going out with this on, I suspect it contains some unstable ingredients. That's why I mainly use it before bed.
TipSince the gel itself is quite drying, I mix it with Dermalane Hydro Cream in a 2:1 ratio (2 parts cream, 1 part gel)
